In October [redacted], I had an issue involving a user on KIK. They attempted to post an inappropriate picture of me online. I asked to access my KIK account to gather evidence in case the picture was posted. It turned out the user was bluffing, and nothing came of it. Recently, I came across my post about the incident on your website. I would like it removed as it appears when my name is searched. I thought my submission was confidential, but it seems it is public. This matter is resolved, and I kindly request the removal of my post from your site.

I attempted to use your service to reach out to Fidelity Investments. Initially, I was informed of a 28-minute wait time, but it quickly dropped to 6 minutes and stayed that way for hours without changing. Despite Fidelity being available 24/7, after monitoring your site for 24 hours, the wait time still showed 6 minutes, and I never connected with Fidelity. I have been receiving texts asking me to rate Fidelity's service, but how can I when they never contacted me through your service? It seems you are compensated regardless of whether the call connects or not. My review was about your service, not Fidelity's, which failed in this instance. Is there a way for me to share this experience to alert others that they may not reach their desired company using your service?

I am attempting to order 3 items from the latest sale catalog at Sam's Club. Even though there is no item number provided, I tried searching by description with no luck. After visiting a local Sam's Club, I was directed to call Sams .com for assistance, which led to a 43-minute call resulting in an unhelpful solution. Requesting the corporate phone number was also unsuccessful as they could not provide it. Checking GetHuman, the corporate office number listed is the same as the one I previously called for Sam's .COM. Could you please double-check this information and provide an accurate contact number? I made a purchase from XL Clearance Warehouse on 08/03/21 for snacks totaling £13.32 with delivery. I was told to expect an email for further details, but nothing has arrived. Hello, my name is David, and I am a new customer at Wish. I have spent $[redacted] in the last week, only to have my orders continuously canceled. This has resulted in multiple charges to my bank account followed by reimbursements, creating chaos. I have tried to order a laptop four times, and each time it gets canceled. Dealing with this back and forth has been extremely frustrating, impacting my bank accounts. I am reaching out for assistance as I am not tech-savvy and prefer speaking to someone directly to resolve this issue promptly. I have detailed my issue in a post that was posted along with another one that I now need to be deleted. Now, I find myself with two posts I need to remove. The second post explains why I want the first one removed. I fear that this message will also appear, leaving me with three posts that require deletion. It should not be so challenging to remove a post made in error. I meticulously followed the instructions on deleting a post. However, when I reached the bottom of the page and clicked "Delete my Issue," I was not prompted to confirm my choice. It appeared that there was no way to proceed with the deletion no matter what steps I took. I am planning to call customer service later today to request the removal of the three posts. I hope I can get assistance without being disconnected after a long wait or being told there is no valid reason to delete the posts. If faced with such a response, I will inquire about deleting them simply because I requested it.

Dear community, I wanted to share that my previous issue with creating a YouTube channel erroneously under the name Ronelle Lockman has been resolved. I had deleted the account a month later, only to discover a meditation playlist created under my name without my consent, focusing on monetary gain and wealth. Despite reporting this several times, I did not receive any response from YouTube for a week, which left me feeling that my rights were violated and a false identity was being promoted. I was considering contacting TurboTax when I saw an ad for gethuman. Instead of waiting [redacted] mins on hold with TurboTax, gethuman offered to navigate the phone options for me. After verifying my account, the gethuman checklist showed they quickly got a human on the line in less than 2 minutes. However, when gethuman stated a TurboTax agent was on the line, it was just their phone options playing in the background. I pressed 1 as instructed but only got the TurboTax options again. After a few minutes, I decided to opt for a call back from TurboTax, who estimated a 55 to 65-minute wait. Despite gethuman claiming to save me 13 mins of hold time, I ended up spending more time navigating the options myself. In the end, gethuman didn't fulfill its promise to save me time on hold with TurboTax.

I was initially offered a price adjustment on a flood cedar stain by the paint manager at the store. However, another manager declined the offer citing that I had purchased a 5-gallon pail instead of individual gallon containers. When I spoke to the store manager, Sam, he mentioned that there was a mistake in the display but offered to sell me a gallon at the sale price instead. I felt this was an unsatisfactory resolution as I only wanted the price adjustment originally promised by the paint manager without any additional conditions. I keep receiving calls on my phone without any explanation. I am concerned that my location might be compromised. If I discover that someone has shared my location without my consent, I will involve the authorities. Despite asking directly, I have not received a clear answer regarding this issue. If I find out that my location has been shared because of my phone number, I will take legal action.

I am experiencing another issue with Facebook. My name is Tonya Lynn Higgins, formerly known as Tonya Lynn Dillard before being adopted by my stepfather Richard when I was 11. I am sharing this background to support what I am about to explain, as many people don't know about my adoption. A few days ago, my Facebook account under the name Tonya Palmer Higgins, which I have had since joining Facebook, was hacked. The hacker took control by changing my primary email, password, and logged me out of all devices. Despite receiving a notification, I couldn't regain access as they changed my email. The hacker has posted pretending to be me and I fear losing access to precious family photos, including those of relatives no longer with us and my son fighting for his freedom. I have reported the issue to Facebook multiple times without a response. I only wish to regain access to secure my account and cherish these memories. Please assist me in resolving this matter.

I have a KG K40 device that I bought from Metro PCS, but they have blocked my access to it. When I contacted *[redacted] customer service, the representatives speak different foreign languages and are not helpful. The features that were supposed to come with the LG K40 device are missing, and I suspect that my device has been tampered with, including modifying and deleting my SD card contents. Hello, I'm Niloufer Braganza. I had booked 3 multi-city adult tickets for a Toronto-Lisbon and Porto-Toronto trip with TAP Airlines for August [redacted]. Because of the Coronavirus, we were unable to travel and requested a refund. Instead, we received 3 vouchers with a 20% bonus that expire on July 25, [redacted]. Given the current situation in Canada, I won't be able to travel until possibly summer [redacted] and can't book tickets for next summer. I have a couple of questions: a) Can I get a refund for my tickets considering the uncertainty in Canada and unfairness of not being able to get a refund? b) If I use a voucher and have to cancel due to government restrictions, will I get another voucher? I am facing a unique issue with my Clash of Clans account. After being the sole owner for seven years and spending a significant amount of money on the game, my account was hacked. Despite numerous attempts to regain access and contacting Supercell for assistance, I am still unable to remove the unauthorized user from my Town Hall 14 account. While Supercell did force a log off with my permission, I am now struggling to unlock my account due to difficulties providing the necessary information. Despite providing them with receipts dating back to [redacted] and all the account details I have, they claim there is missing or incorrect information. Despite my efforts to clarify and cooperate, Supercell has not provided any meaningful explanations or assistance, leaving me frustrated and unable to access my beloved account. Any advice or guidance on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.
