Hello, I'm Nagaraju, and you can reach me at [redacted]. I canceled the order for the Glamorous Women Shaper on August 25th. After canceling, a message assured me that I would receive my refund within 8 days. However, the refund has not been processed yet. When I contacted customer service, they asked me to wait until September 2nd. Today, upon calling again, they put me on hold without updating me on the refund status. Frustrated, I had to end the call and resort to emailing. I would appreciate it if you could inform me when I can expect the refund for my canceled order. On July 15th, I placed an order for Robin Cook's book "CURE." I received a different book on July 20th and paid Rs. [redacted] for it. After contacting customer service, replacements were sent on August 29th and recently on September 4th. Unfortunately, both replacements were also incorrect. After unsuccessfully attempting to call customer care today, I am confused and frustrated by the repeated mistakes in the book deliveries. I placed a prepaid order on September 3, [redacted], with a delivery scheduled for September 7 by 2:30 pm. The last six digits of the order number are [redacted]. Today, around 4 pm, your delivery associate arrived, and unfortunately, two items were missing from the delivery. When I asked him to wait while I contacted customer support, he expressed impatience, made a call, and then took back all the materials stating he had canceled the order. He assured me that I would receive a refund per Flipkart's policy. Upon lodging a complaint with your Customer Care team, I expressed my disappointment with the service and behavior of the delivery person, which I found to be below standard for an online shopping platform. As a loyal Flipkart Plus member, I am disheartened by this recent experience and hope for a prompt resolution.

Regarding FillA Track Suit Order Number (Order OD[redacted][redacted]) Dear Sirs, I have been facing an issue with my recent order for a FillA track suit. Despite multiple attempts, the Ekart Courier delivery person has not picked up the incomplete product for replacement as promised. The courier mentioned that they can only pick up the product based on the website image, which is misleading as the product received was not as described (full tracksuit with jacket and pants). I have promptly submitted a replacement request on the same day as receiving the incomplete product. I fail to see how this is my fault, especially when other customers have reported similar issues with incomplete product deliveries. I placed an order for Allen modules on September 1st with the order ID OD[redacted][redacted]0. Today was the expected delivery date, but the order is in Guwahati, where it needs to be delivered. I was notified by EKart logistics that there would be a delay by 1-3 days. As it’s already afternoon and the order hasn’t been out for delivery, I’m concerned. I must have it today because I will be out of town tomorrow. Despite customer care asking me to wait until 7, I need it urgently today. I have already selected the EMI option and made the payment. If it doesn’t arrive today, I’m unsure of what my next steps should be. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am still waiting for assistance, please review the email below. Subject: Product Replacement Issue Dear Sirs, I have been experiencing ongoing issues with a recent product delivery. The Ekart Courier delivery personnel visited three times but failed to collect the incomplete product, nor did they provide a replacement. According to the delivery person, he could only collect the product based on the website image, which includes a full tracksuit, jacket, and pants. I have spoken with other customers who have experienced the same problem of receiving incomplete products. I have attached an image of the product packet labeled as "FILLA" for your reference. I immediately requested a replacement on the same day the incomplete product was received. I fail to see how this could be my fault if the courier continually faces this issue, as acknowledged by the Ekart Logistics person. Dear Sir/Madam, I ordered a Redmi 9 Power mobile phone on August 6th and received the delivery on August 11th. The phone had some issues, so I initiated a return and refund request on August 17th. Unfortunately, the return request was rejected on August 21st, and subsequent requests were continuously canceled, causing a significant waste of my valuable time. When I tried to contact your customer service, they either did not respond or abruptly ended the calls. It has been over a month since the phone has been with me, and I hope for a prompt resolution to receive my refund and return the phone as soon as possible. I ordered a wireless Bluetooth from Flipkart with a delivery date of 27.09.[redacted]. However, the delivery person arrived on 26.09.[redacted] while I was at church and could not take the call. I tried calling back but received no response. Since then, I have not heard back from them, nor have I received my product. The agreed delivery date was 27.09.[redacted], so why was no attempt made to deliver it on that day? The delivery person should stick to the scheduled date and contact me accordingly. By 10:30 PM, I ordered a pink and blue lehenga for [redacted] rupees. I made the payment from my Paytm wallet, but the order was not processed. I re-ordered the same lehenga and again the money was deducted. I hoped it would be resolved quickly. Then shortly after, I ordered a third green lehenga for around [redacted] rupees and the money was deducted once more. Due to my busy work schedule, I placed the orders at night to receive them in time for Navratri. However, the process got stuck, causing me a lot of inconvenience. Both my Paytm transaction history and messages confirm the deductions. I contacted Flipkart's customer service, and they advised me to wait 24 hours for an update or a refund. I am pressed for time and hope to resolve this quickly.

Unfortunately, the order with tracking ID FMPP[redacted] from flipkart.com, a REEBOK Hatton Running shoe, scheduled for delivery today by an EKART Wish Master, did not arrive on time. After several unsuccessful attempts to receive the item, I had to go pick it up myself, 6 km away. I was disappointed with the service and the disrespectful behavior of the representatives. It is necessary to take action against such unprofessional conduct. If you face similar issues, I recommend filing a complaint to address these concerns promptly.

I would appreciate it if the item could be delivered to my doorstep instead of being asked to meet at a set location. If making a prepaid order is causing issues, I will opt for cash on delivery in the future. There are other platforms available that can handle this job, so please don't make me regret choosing Flipkart.
