I recently set up a Facebook page for my new music project, "Baxter." Despite two other bands with a similar name having around [redacted] likes or fewer, I encountered an issue when trying to change the page name. Facebook displayed an error message saying, "Pages with generic location names are not allowed. The name you have chosen is too similar to Grand Rapids, Michigan. Please visit our Help Centre for details." It's puzzling that the other bands could use the same name without a problem. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thanks, Ben

Hello, I established a Facebook account for the company I work for. The account includes both my personal name and the company name as we often share job offers. However, Facebook disabled my account, perhaps because they restrict posting job offers from company pages. Prior to the account being disabled, I was logged into an account with only my full name, no previous information from my original account, despite having the same login credentials. I am unsure how to address this issue as my company requires me to post content on Facebook and I am unable to do so at the moment. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I believe my Facebook account, belonging to Maria Melanie Lustria, is being targeted by someone attempting to gain unauthorized access. I promptly changed my password, but the issue persists. Even though I received notifications of ongoing unauthorized login attempts, my password no longer functions. I attempted to regain access using my phone number for the verification code, but it seems the hacker altered or removed the number, making it impossible to retrieve the code. They also compromised my Yahoo account, preventing access to the necessary verification code. I kindly request urgent assistance in recovering my personal Facebook account. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

I'm puzzled by the differing standards for my daughter and brother. Why is it acceptable for my 5.5-year-old brother to only wear shorts and have his chest visible in photos, whereas my recently turned 5-year-old daughter cannot wear shorts with her chest showing? As a parent, I authorized this. Both children are at the same developmental stage, and my daughter's private areas are covered in the pictures. Facebook banned my account for a week for this, citing a policy that requires children to be covered from neck to knee in photos I post. This rule seems unnecessary and is not applied to boys or men. I am well aware of the dangers online and in the world, and I only share photos with consent and appropriate clothing. If boys can go shirtless, why can't girls? I'd like these restrictions removed from my account, and I request to speak directly with a person at Facebook to review the photos instead of relying on an algorithm. Email is preferred for communication as it allows me to respond at my convenience.

Last Thursday, August 1st, I lost access to my Facebook account. It displayed a message stating my account was disabled for violating the terms and conditions, even though I have not broken any rules. I believe my account was hacked. I followed the instructions to submit a photo of my ID and was informed they would reply within 1-3 days. Currently, it has been 3 and a half days since I provided my ID and 5 days since my account was disabled. Adding to the confusion, someone else's account, Marco Runningman, keeps appearing when I attempt to log in. This situation has caused me to miss important communications with individuals I can only reach through Facebook. I am extremely frustrated as I am not well-versed in technology. Despite asking two tech-savvy friends for help, the issue remains unresolved. I am in urgent need of assistance to rectify this problem!

My company, CAB Foods, had its Ads account disabled. I believe it happened because the main payment card was canceled. I tried to add a new card, but the system said only admins could do it. After checking the settings, I saw that I was the only admin for the CAB Foods business manager page. To resolve this, I removed myself as an admin, hoping to re-add myself and regain control, but I couldn't add myself back. Now, I'm locked out of the CAB Foods Ads Manager account. I suspect the account got disabled due to suspected fraud when the primary payment card was stopped, even though there were no fraudulent charges made. The Account ID for the disabled account is [redacted][redacted]. I urgently need to access and reactivate the account as I've lost access to vital campaign metrics and the CAB Foods pixel.

To Whom It May Concern, I have reported my ex several times for violating Facebook policies by posting about my daughter using her name, even though she is not his child. It has been 3 to 4 months since I ended the relationship due to his mental abuse towards me and my daughter. Despite being asked multiple times, he continues to harass us online. I am worried about the impact this is having on us. He has been instructed to cease all posts related to us and to remove any pictures of my daughter, but he persists in his harmful behavior. I am reaching out for help as we are trying to move forward, but his actions are preventing us from doing so. Sincerely, Melinda McNees

I am facing a critical issue with my Facebook account. It is linked to my Gmail address [redacted], which I have forgotten the password for. Despite having added my contact number +[redacted]88 to my Facebook account, I am unable to recover my Gmail password using it. Facebook does not provide password recovery options via the contact number added. For security reasons, I need the password recovery to be enabled through my contact number. The phone number mentioned above is active, and I can be contacted for verification. Your assistance in enabling password recovery by contact number would be greatly appreciated as it is the only way for me to regain access to my Facebook account. Thank you for your help.

I encountered an issue while trying to log into my Facebook account. I received a "session expired" message, re-entered my password, and was told it was incorrect even though I know it is right. Following the "forgot password" link, I tried to change my password, but I got stuck at the 6-digit code generator step. I didn't receive the code and now I can't access my account. I urgently need to regain access without having to input any code. This account is crucial to me, so I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter swiftly. Thank you.

I recently created a new personal account to coincide with setting up my company and establishing a business account. Surprisingly, after being absent from Facebook for over 5 years, I encountered a request for a photo verification to confirm my identity. Despite submitting my photo and even my driver's license over three days ago, my account remains blocked. In a new attempt, I created a different personal account with a new email and included a profile picture. However, within an hour, I faced the same request for photo verification. This has left me locked out of my business account and unable to access my running paid ads for my company. I am seeking any assistance available to resolve this issue promptly.

I have been dealing with ongoing harassment from a person for the past three years. Each time I block them, they create a new profile to continue the harassment. Despite reporting this individual to Facebook multiple times, no action has been taken. The harassment has escalated to the point of threats of physical harm, leading me to involve the police. Unfortunately, Facebook's decision to block me has impeded the police investigation. I am seeking assistance in getting my account unblocked promptly so that law enforcement can communicate with the perpetrator posing as me. I find it unjust that my account was blocked for discussing a public matter that was widely known while the person harassing me is allowed to continue without consequence. Your prompt attention to unblocking my account is greatly appreciated to facilitate legal action against the harasser.

My Facebook page is located at www.facebook.com/watan3awatar. It used to generate revenue through ad breaks between videos. However, another page falsely claimed ownership of my content, resulting in an undeserved copyright strike that jeopardized my ad break eligibility. Shortly after, I posted a photo from one of the episodes, only to face another baseless claim that it was being used for terrorism-related purposes (the episode was meant to mock ISIS and highlight that ISIS is not representative of Islam). As a result of these false claims, I lost my ad break eligibility. I seek a resolution to restore my ad break capabilities and assure that I will adhere to all of Facebook's guidelines moving forward.

Hello, I am looking to start using Facebook ads, and after linking my USA bank account, I received a message from Facebook saying there was unusual activity on my account. This is surprising to me as my Facebook account is clean, it's my first time using Facebook ads, and my bank account is real with all the necessary proof in the form of a bank statement. I haven't launched any campaigns yet; this issue occurred on my first day trying to use Facebook ads when I linked my bank account. Some friends mentioned that this is a common verification process by Facebook. The reason my bank location doesn't match is because my country, Morocco, has limitations on internet spending, which is why I'm looking to use an American Express USA bank account without fees. This will allow me to spend without restrictions and I have all the necessary proof for this account. I have already added my American Express USA bank account information to Facebook for verification. This is different from the old verification method that used credit cards or PayPal. My goal with Facebook ads is to grow my ecommerce store by selling trendy products that comply with Facebook's policies. Can you please assist me in reactivating my Facebook ad account? Thank you.

Hello, I am encountering an issue when trying to use Facebook ads for the first time. After linking my U.S. bank account, Facebook's automated system blocked my account for unusual activity. Despite my clean Facebook record and presenting evidence of my valid U.S. bank account through a bank statement, the block persists. Friends mentioned this might be a normal verification step by Facebook. Given that my Moroccan bank has a yearly online spending limit of $[redacted], which is impractical for marketers spending tens of thousands daily on Facebook ads, I am considering using an American Express U.S. bank account with no fees. This bank allows unlimited spending and provides login credentials, making it a feasible option for me. I linked the American Express account successfully to Facebook and underwent verification using login details and a one-time passcode. This is different from the credit card or PayPal verification process. My goal with Facebook ads is to promote my e-commerce store selling trendy products, fully complying with privacy policies and the platform's terms of use. I appreciate any assistance in reactivating my Facebook ad account. Thank you.

I recently created a new Facebook account to utilize the Facebook Marketplace due to the overwhelming amount of messages on my personal account. I have listed several items for sale, but now I am unable to access my new account as it is under review for the profile picture. I fear missing out on messages from potential buyers. I have tried reaching out to customer service via phone without success. Please assist me in resolving this issue promptly. You can contact me via email at [redacted] My name is Debbie Mundell (DLM). I have reset my password multiple times on your help site. However, after resetting it, I am redirected back to the verification page with two options: verify via mobile number text, which I never receive on my iPhone, and the other option provided. Strangely, none of my devices seem to be approved. It keeps asking me to confirm my identity on a device I have used in the past, but every attempt seems unsuccessful. Any guidance on how I can resolve this issue would be appreciated. Thank you.

I am facing an issue with my account on Facebook. An unauthorized person from a different country has gained access to my account. They have been sending numerous unwanted friend requests and constantly bombarding me with video chats, calls, texts, and unsolicited comments. Despite several attempts to secure my account and log out their device, they continue to access my account. I suspect they have changed my password as I am unable to reset it. Additionally, they have altered my profile pictures multiple times. I urgently need to remove this individual from my account, delete all the unauthorized friends, and regain control over my password. Despite reaching out to Facebook for support, I have been unable to resolve this issue and feel frustrated. I have not shared my password with anyone, and it is unacceptable for someone from another country to have access to my account. Your prompt assistance in rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated.

My account has been compromised for the past month despite changing to a strong password. After connecting my Facebook to an unused Yahoo account, Yahoo informed me that my account was deleted. I suspect this may be the reason behind my Facebook getting hacked or not letting me log in. As I cherish my long-standing Facebook filled with memories and friends, I'm reluctant to create a new account. I'm considering switching my Yahoo email to my frequently used Gmail, to which I have full access, on Facebook. Additionally, I aim to update my Facebook password for added security. I remain hopeful that I can restore my access to Facebook. Thank you.

I need assistance with my account. The number linked to it is probably [redacted], but the last four digits are uncertain. I am trying to regain access to my Facebook account, which is crucial to me as I have a child who I placed for adoption with my cousin Kenny and his wife Robby Lynn. I need to access Messenger for important communication related to my daughter. Although the adoption process was voluntary, I still seek information and pictures. I am in a better place now, currently pregnant, but I can't forget about my daughter. I am willing to provide any necessary information like ID or SIN to recover my account. Due to a past brain surgery affecting my memory, I forgot my password after rebooting my phone. I have created a temporary Facebook account to reconnect with some old pictures but need help accessing my original account.
