Yesterday, my password was changed without my knowledge. I received an email instructing me to secure my account by changing the password again, which I did. However, after changing it, I was logged out with an error message saying "session failed, sign in with new password to continue." When I tried to sign in with the new password, I was not prompted for the 6-digit generator code, which I did not receive. I know the code can be found on the Facebook app settings, but I am unable to access it as I can't log in without the 6-digit number. How can I retrieve the code to regain access to my Facebook account? I have already submitted my driver's license to the Facebook help center but have not received any response yet.

Hello, my name is Robert L. I had a Facebook account under my son's name, Melodik Lyfe. In [redacted], I was in prison in Walla Walla, WA, and I was recently released. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my Facebook account even though I enter the correct information and password. It seems someone reported my page, stating I am not the person shown. I have had this account for nearly ten years and have never engaged in any malicious activities. There is important information on my account that I urgently need access to. I am willing to provide any necessary information to prove my ownership if I could speak with someone directly. Regrettably, I cannot access the email associated with the account, which is [redacted] Additionally, I cannot recall the old phone number linked to the account, only that it had a Seattle area code. I have not been in touch with my Facebook friends for three years, making it challenging to seek their help in the verification process. Please, I seek your assistance in reopening my old Facebook account Melodik Lyfe.

I created my Facebook account in January under the name 방 신하아. Recently, I had to purchase a new computer due to issues with my old one. Unfortunately, I did not save my email address for logging into Facebook, and I have never accessed it from my mobile device. I recall my password but cannot remember the email associated with my account, which I believe was something like [redacted] When trying to recover my account, it indicates that this email is incorrect. I do not have any linked email addresses, friends, or mobile number for recovery. I am reaching out for assistance in retrieving or identifying the email linked to the account 방 신하아 as I need it for my business. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have been using Facebook for about four years, and I've come across many different types of people on the platform. However, this morning I received multiple friend requests from various men who all seemed to have similar stories - they claimed to be from Texas, work on oil rigs, and have complicated personal situations. This was quite alarming, and I even have screenshots of the requests. I am concerned that someone might be trying to hack into my account. Can someone please provide guidance on what to do in this situation? Thank you.

Hello, I am Krishan Pandey. I am facing difficulty accessing my Facebook account under the profile name "krishanpandey.[redacted]" after my mobile got wiped out. I have tried to reinstall it, but unfortunately, I forgot the password and cannot access the old mobile number I used to register. I have attempted multiple times since February to recover my account by submitting various forms of photo ID such as my passport, US visa, driving license, and Aadhar card, which have all been rejected. I am feeling quite desperate as I cannot regain access. My email linked to the account is [redacted], but I have not received any responses. Additionally, there is a discrepancy in the date of birth I provided on Facebook (27th April [redacted]) compared to my ID (10th November). I would appreciate any guidance or assistance you can offer. Thank you for your help.

Good evening, I am reaching out for assistance and information about ongoing harassment I have been experiencing on Facebook for more than a decade. The individuals responsible for this harassment are Janes G. and Krista R., both currently living in Lansdale, PA. Although Ms. R. claims to be from Feasterville, her present location is Lansdale. The harassment began at least 10 years ago, with both using their real identities. I received demeaning and hateful emails from them, including anti-Semitic comments. Despite blocking them, they created numerous fake accounts under aliases to continue sending messages and contacting my Facebook friends about me. Some of their aliases include Jay Yu, Keista R., Kat M., and Aloysious P. I have blocked and reported all these accounts, but they create new ones. They have even opened accounts in my name, using my friends' photos. These accounts have been reported to Facebook and removed. I reported this to the Upper Dublin Police Department in Pennsylvania in [redacted] and in April. While officers spoke to Mr. G. and Ms. R. about their behavior, the harassment persists. I am pursuing both criminal and civil actions. One challenge is proving that these fake accounts belong to Mr. G. and Ms. R. due to being blocked by them. I am seeking assistance in obtaining the IP addresses of the fraudulent accounts mentioned above, including the ones impersonating me. If unable to provide IP addresses, confirmation that Mr. G. and Ms. R. are behind these accounts would be beneficial. I can share police report numbers and the investigating officer's contact details if needed. Thank you, Cori E. LPC, MA., M.Ed.

I have been using Facebook for a long time now. Initially, I used an email from years ago that I can no longer access. I noticed another email on my account that I probably created to try to reset my password. Unfortunately, I can't access that email either. Now, Facebook is asking for an ID that I don't have, all I have is an old expired state ID card. I have submitted that, but I'm unsure if it will suffice. I am unsure if there is a way to contact Facebook support via Skype or phone to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. I have been using this account since I was in high school and now as a 25-year-old mother, it holds many memories and photos, including my children's pictures. I currently access Facebook on my cell phone but fear I may get signed out at any time, so I hope to resolve this matter soon.

I received a notification from Valley Showcase about liking a post, which led me to their page. Upon clicking "like," Facebook logged me out and would not accept my password, prompting me to reset it. Despite this, I am still unable to log in and keep getting reset prompts. I conducted virus and malware scans, which found nothing suspicious. I have two personal accounts and one business account. The Facebook app on my phone works fine, but it's not my main account. My accounts are under Tamera Crosby. You can reach me at [redacted] or on [redacted]. My business page is Lunar Dancer Creations on Facebook.

I am Victoria Zuzanna Vivienne, and I have the only Facebook account under this name. Recently, an unknown device accessed my account, prompting me to log out of all devices. However, when I tried to log back in, it kept showing an incorrect password message. Despite updating my password and setting up security measures like two-factor authentication, I am unable to recover my account as I didn't link an email to it. When I try the password recovery process, it loops back to asking for the password. I received a code on my phone but still couldn't proceed without the password. I kindly request assistance in resetting my password or regaining access to my account. Additionally, I would like to link my new Facebook account to the same email address if feasible.

I am unable to access my Facebook account due to the need for 2-step verification from a new device which requires an authentication code. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number or email associated with my account, and I am also unable to log in from the devices I used previously. Despite sending a picture ID multiple times, I have not received any response from Facebook. I am seeking assistance in regaining access to my account, which is under the name W.V. Yarbrough. The email address linked to the account, which I can no longer access, is [redacted] The phone number associated with the account, which is also inaccessible, was [redacted]. I primarily used this account for work-related purposes and unfortunately neglected to update the account details before being laid off in March. I would greatly appreciate any help in retrieving access to my account so I can resume posting work-related content. Thank you for your assistance.

While using Facebook as usual, a pop-up appeared, instructing me to log in again as the session had ended. When attempting to log back in with my password, the system kept indicating it was incorrect. I am confident that I haven't changed my password in years, leading me to suspect the issue lies with Facebook. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to confirm my ownership of the account. The urgency stems from essential saved videos needed for upcoming final exams in two weeks. Unfortunately, my associated phone number and Yahoo email are outdated, posing a further challenge to recovery. Despite numerous efforts, I have been unsuccessful in regaining access. Any assistance in verifying my account ownership or alternative solutions would be greatly appreciated.

I am reaching out regarding the TsBar Vineland page. Margaret Crowell-Even, the currently listed Admin, was terminated from employment on May 19, [redacted]. Shortly after her termination, she took control of the page without authorization from the owner, Adolph Vigil, and removed the main Administrator, Mary T. Vigil. Mary has been the primary Administrator of the page since August [redacted] and has been responsible for all posts, events, and page maintenance, helping build a following for Ts Bar. Ms. Crowell-Even's unauthorized actions were vindictive due to her termination as a bartender at Ts Bar. The owner, Adolph Vigil, is requesting that Ms. Crowell-Even be removed as Administrator and blocked from the page, with Mary T. Vigil being reinstated as the sole Administrator. We kindly ask for Facebook's assistance in making this change to ensure the page can continue its advertising and communication with followers and customers. Thank you for your support.

I recently tried sending a picture to a group chat of just male friends via FB Messenger. It was just a regular picture, nothing extreme. However, when I attempted to send it, a pop-up window appeared prompting me to decline something. After declining, I was immediately logged out and informed that I had violated Facebook's standards. My Instagram account was also disabled. I submitted a request for review and provided my ID, but I'm confused as I have never posted anything that breaches their community standards. My girlfriend has shared nude photos with me on Facebook without any issues, but when I shared a picture of a vagina, I got banned. I tried creating a new account, but it was disabled too, and I was informed I can't have two accounts at once. I feel frustrated as I've lost followers, service contacts, and business prospects due to this situation. I'd appreciate any advice on how to proceed.

Hello, I am dealing with an issue regarding my Facebook account being reported as fake. Facebook is requesting confirmation of my identity, but I am hesitant to provide my ID due to privacy concerns. My Facebook name, "Rose Petal," has been the same for 9 years, resembling my real name with a slight alteration for privacy reasons. I uploaded an explanation along with my ID, redacting part of my name. I strictly stated that I do not authorize displaying my full name publicly. I selected "Rose Petal" as my Facebook name years ago to protect my identity. Despite following their guidelines, Facebook wants to alter my name to match my ID, blocking my account until I comply. I feel this is unjust and a breach of privacy. I am considering legal action. Other platforms allow users to use display names different from their legal names, and I would like to regain access to my account with my preferred name intact.

Hello Facebook, My Facebook profile is StyleGainer, and I am a reseller dealing with men's and women's clothing and accessories. For the past 15 days, most of my products have not been verified by Facebook for the marketplace. I am unsure of the reason behind this, and now my marketplace access has been permanently blocked. Please assist me in understanding where I went wrong and support me in rectifying any content that goes against marketplace policies. This issue is impacting my online business. I assure you that I do not list any items or content that violate your commerce policies. As a reseller, I offer products that are 1st copies and use reselling apps like Meesho, GlowRoad, and Shop101. If selling 1st copies is unlawful or against your policies, I will adhere to the rules going forward. Kindly reactivate my marketplace access as it is crucial for my daily operations.

I attempted to sell clothing on Facebook Marketplace, innocent items like jean shorts, flannel, and a sweatshirt. Some items were flagged, possibly a sweatshirt and shorts, so I asked Facebook to review them again. However, they rejected all my listings and blocked my marketplace access for not abiding by Commerce Policies, which I carefully reviewed. I am unsure of any wrongdoing. After requesting a review of the restriction, I was once again denied. I am puzzled as to why selling clothes could lead to a suspension. I am seeking clarification on which listing violated the policies and the specific rules that were breached.

We have recently noticed that our advertising account and page have been disabled. We would like to request a manual review to reactivate our ad campaigns on Facebook. We have been advertising on Facebook for over 6 months and have invested over $[redacted],[redacted] in our campaigns. We believe the negative feedback stemmed from a new product launched last month, which had some sizing issues that we promptly addressed with our customers. Previous feedback on our store's products in other months has been predominantly positive. We are willing to comply with Facebook policies and make adjustments as needed to continue running successful campaigns on the platform. Could you please guide us on the necessary steps to reinstate our account and page?
