I have also provided identification proof. Please, activate my account as soon as possible. I have been using this account for 5 to 6 years, and all my contacts and linked accounts rely on it. I have attempted to contact various FB accounts through email multiple times, submitted my IDs repeatedly, and spent hours trying to regain access to my account to complete my Q1 [redacted] accounting tasks. I run three business accounts and have invested a substantial amount in Fb ads. I am facing difficulty accessing my account due to several reasons: 1. I did not link a phone number to my account, only an email address, and now I need to use an authenticator app for 2FA, which I set up with Google Authenticator. 2. After resetting my old phone to factory settings and getting a new one, I could not recover the initial data for the authenticator app. 3. I am not logged in on any other device, do not have Fb apps, and the locations provided are unfamiliar to me. 4. As I do not have any "friends" on the account, I cannot recover it that way since it was created solely for advertising purposes. 5. I have attempted to log in through Instagram and other Meta platforms but am unable to bypass 2FA. 6. Despite submitting my IDs multiple times, they have been rejected without any explanation. 7. Although my account is not disabled, I am unable to proceed beyond 2FA to reset my password. 8. I even tried to report the account as hacked to establish communication without success due to the missing 2FA code. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue.

I need help unlocking my Facebook account. I tried correcting my date of birth but accidentally made myself one year old. Shortly after my passport and driver's license were stolen. I sent Facebook a police form indicating it was a substitute for my passport, but the document upload always fails. I am worried about losing access to my account if Facebook does not accept this. I am puzzled as to why this company expects me to troubleshoot my own Facebook issue when I clearly do not have access to Facebook's systems. Nonetheless, I can like posts without any error messages. However, the problem persists; I am unable to create an Avatar. Despite selecting "see more," it does not show up in my menu options. Recently, I got a new mobile phone, the same model as my old one, and created a new Facebook account. Now, I am unable to reply to posts due to an error message claiming Facebook is preventing spam by limiting my responses. Additionally, the option to create an Avatar is missing. I attempted to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone, but I could not find that option either. This situation is incredibly frustrating. Any guidance would be appreciated. In May of [redacted], my original account got hacked. The hacker changed the email and phone number linked to it. Despite several attempts since then, I have been unable to recover it. I managed to add my new email, "[redacted]," to the compromised account. However, during the recovery process, I am asked to change my password using a Code Generator that I no longer have access to. Ideally, I want full access to the account, but I would settle for retrieving my pictures. I can provide proof of ownership through old pictures, posts, and locations. The most recent posts were from Vegas, and there are pictures from there too. The original email linked to the account was "[redacted]"

When I attempt to recover the account, the confirmation email goes to the hacker's email, preventing me from regaining access. I am eager to reclaim my account as it is linked to important aspects of my life such as my daughter's Kids Messenger account and cherished memories. I have included a picture with my profile picture showing me in a brown hat. The other screenshot displays the hacker's email, which is not mine. I even had a conversation with the hacker through my daughter's Kids Messenger account using her name. They solicited money and inappropriate images. My personal account has been compromised, and the primary email and password have been altered. I have attempted to secure my account following all the necessary steps but have been unsuccessful. The hackers are sending spam messages to all my contacts, and I urgently need to have the account removed. Facebook indicates it may take a year of inactivity or reports from friends to close the account, giving the hackers ample time to misuse my personal information. Facebook: I've tried numerous times to change passwords for my accounts without success, as I keep getting caught in a loop. Friends and family are receiving friend requests from me, which I haven't sent, indicating that my accounts have been hacked. I need to recover both accounts and also change my email address, which was also compromised. Before I resort to deleting them, I want to save both accounts.
