I am seeking help with using Instagram for advertising. Instagram is experiencing technical difficulties with advertising, prompting me to turn to Facebook as an alternative. After creating a Facebook account and page and linking it to Instagram for promotion, my first post was successful. However, Facebook blocked my second post just before the deadline. Despite submitting verification documents, passing the check, and being informed things would return to normal, my Facebook profile was restored, but my page remained limited. I am puzzled by the situation as my content is standard musician photos. The customer service responses are slow and often incomplete, making me feel trapped in a frustrating situation.

While using my Instagram account linked to Facebook, I received a notification about a login from Indonesia, even though I reside in Pakistan. Concerned about my account's security, I promptly changed my password upon receiving a security alert. Subsequently, when I tried to access my Facebook account, I was shocked to discover it had been disabled for allegedly sharing inappropriate content involving children. I have had my account since I was 12 years old, and now I am 25. Recently, my account was repeatedly reported for "bullying" by people who disagreed with my opinions. Despite discussing inflation and CPI calculations, my account was permanently deactivated on May 14th due to false reports. Two posts were even flagged as promoting terrorism, which is absurd as I was only discussing Economics that day. I had personal memories and photos on that account, including ones from my childhood and family. I am frustrated that I cannot retrieve my data. It is unjust to lose everything because of misleading reports.

Hello, My email has been hacked, and the password has been changed. The email provider won't reset it, so I can't access my Facebook account. Recently, my Facebook was also hacked, with the name and password changed. When I try to report the hacked account, it links to my old email with outdated information. I can't send a code to a new email provided for account recovery. My friends can't find me on Facebook under my old name, and I'm missing from their friends list and Messenger. They've seen the new name but can't find it in their friends list. Is there a way to recover my account and connections without access to my old email? Perhaps sending a verification code to my friends or showing my recent chat history to recognize me?

Dear Community Members, I currently reside in Florida and have been facing issues with Facebook censorship. Previously, the platform allowed for open dialogue and sharing of thoughts, but now I have been banned for 30 days due to multiple violations. It is frustrating to be penalized for quoting my Governor's statement on a sensitive topic. The inconsistent censorship policies and double standards on what can be posted are concerning. I believe there needs to be a fairer approach to content moderation on social media platforms. Now, with the new laws in place to address Big Tech, I am considering taking legal action if the restrictions are not lifted promptly. The impact of this ban on my ability to assist animals in need through sharing and transportation is significant. I hope to see a resolution soon.

While I understand the guidelines, I urge you to consider context and the ages of those involved. My expressive style involves some cursing and assertiveness, but freedom of speech should be respected. Receiving a 30-day suspension monthly since last year feels excessive. I have used Facebook since [redacted] without issues until recently. If necessary, you can enforce comment deletion rather than treating me like a child with repeated suspensions. Please either lift the suspension or reduce it to 3 days if needed as a corrective measure for adults. I'm Ensherah, and I recently experienced an issue with my Facebook account that I'm hoping to resolve. I had changed my password but unfortunately lost access to it after my phone was reset. A friend helped me create a new account with the same phone number, as the old account was connected to an email address that was removed due to inactivity. My Facebook account got disabled without any explanation. It seems like they are targeting accounts that speak against the Covid vaccine and support Palestine. This feels like discrimination, and Facebook doesn't disclose the reasons behind their actions. This is not about violating community standards but about suppressing different viewpoints. It seems unlawful and discriminatory. I have tried multiple customer service numbers, but none of them led to speaking with a person; they either don't work or keep playing a recording. It's frustrating as I am disabled, and using FB Messenger was the fastest way for me to seek help. This situation has left me feeling very upset.

Hello! I have been trying to reach support through various channels but have not received any response or solution. I initially wanted to unpublish my business page on Facebook. After a quick search, I ended up in the "företagsinställningar"(Swedish) section, which might be "business settings" in English. There, under pages, I managed to remove my page. However, this action only removed my administrator rights to the page, and now I am unable to manage it. Previously, I could choose whether to post as myself or my business, but now I can only see my private page. I have tried multiple reports following Facebook support articles but have not had any luck. I am really hoping to regain admin rights without deleting the entire page and just unpublish it. My Facebook page is missing and has been hacked. It seems to have disappeared completely. When I received emails from Facebook notifying me about a different IP address in Maryland accessing my account, I was given a 6-digit code. However, Facebook did not recognize my login when I tried to use it. Eventually, after following some prompts, I discovered the email address of the person who hacked my account. Facebook kept prompting me to enter my birthday, but I recall not entering the correct one when signing up years ago. My user ID is [redacted], but my password no longer works. I have been trying to contact support for twenty days regarding my @tipichkrd account. It has been locked, possibly due to a system error or hacking. I assure you I have not violated any copyright laws and have always posted original content. I did not engage in aggressive following behavior and have always respected Instagram's rules. My account is very important to me, and I am willing to review all posts for compliance. Recently, I received an error message stating my account was suspended for violating terms, which I believe is a mistake. Our account was even closed a few months ago due to competitors' actions. We have put a lot of effort into our news page and value following Instagram's guidelines. Please consider restoring my account as this means a lot to me. Thank you.

I recently realized that my Facebook account has been disabled without any clear reason. I encountered a message stating, "We Received Your Information, If we still find that you're not old enough to be on Facebook, your account will remain disabled. This is because your account doesn't follow our Terms of Service." Despite being 36 years old and an active user since [redacted] with a business ads account and a fan page, I am unable to access or resolve this issue. I am currently unable to access my Facebook account, which has also affected my Ads Manager account. Hello, I have been dealing with a hacked account situation for over a week now and all attempts to recover it have been unsuccessful. Unfortunately, both my personal and business accounts were hacked. The hacker is located in Singapore, while I am based in Los Angeles, USA. They misused our ad account and spent money using our currency. Although we have been refunded, I am still unable to access either account. I am eager to resume advertising but the lack of communication and support has been disheartening. As a source of recommendations for fellow entrepreneurs, I want to endorse Facebook advertising, but concerns about support for smaller businesses have arisen. My account was hacked back in early April and although it was taken down for 30 days after being reported, the hacker came back online. They demanded $[redacted] for access to my Facebook, which I refused. Now, they are adding my friends, posting stories, and messaging about cryptocurrency. I have experienced repeated bans from Facebook which I believe were unjust. The first instance occurred when I jokingly posted a photo of a person wearing a ball gag and blindfold to illustrate the discomfort of wearing a mask. Despite seeing similar images online, my post was deemed "sexually explicit." The second ban was for quoting a statement in a discussion about irritating male behavior, which led to me being banned despite the original comment remaining untouched. The third time, I mentioned "women dancing naked under the moon" in a talk about pagan rituals, resulting in another 30-day ban. Most recently, when I attempted to lighten the mood in a conversation about racism and hate by humorously stating my only dislike was towards Canadians, I was banned for 30 days. I've observed inconsistent moderation on the platform, with explicit content often going unchecked for hours, while benign comments like misspellings or harmless jokes lead to immediate bans. It's frustrating not knowing where the line is drawn and feeling unfairly targeted. It would be beneficial if there was a chance to explain or clarify intentions before facing such severe penalties.
