On January 26, [redacted], I encountered an issue with my Facebook account being under review after attempting to promote a Page ad. Subsequently, my ad account for the Page was disabled, despite the ad being similar to a previous one that was accepted. I have been proactive in making changes to prevent policy violations in the future by updating the landing page and URL. I am eager to address this matter with Facebook directly to understand the reason for the disablement and make necessary adjustments to comply with policies. Despite my efforts to contact Facebook through various channels and submitting required documents, such as my driving license, I have not received any updates, and my account remains disabled.

My friend's personal account was disabled around 4 years ago, which is disappointing. After this time, we decided to try appealing. We completed the appeal form "My Personal Account was Disabled" on Facebook's help center. However, when we input the email address, an error message appeared stating, "Invalid Email Address - The email address you entered is not associated with a Facebook account. Please enter an email address associated with the disabled Facebook account." Despite this, when attempting to create a new account with the same email, we received a conflicting message: "The account that owns the email address you entered has been disabled." It appears there may be a glitch preventing us from submitting an appeal to restore my friend's old account, which he is eager to do. Assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

A year ago, my friend's personal account got disabled, which is quite disappointing. After trying to appeal a year later, we encountered an issue with the appeal form "My Personal Account was Disabled" on Facebook. When we entered the email address, an error message popped up saying, "Invalid Email Address - The email address you entered is not associated with a Facebook account. Please enter an email address associated with the disabled Facebook account" (refer to the attached image). Interestingly, when attempting to create a new account with the same email address, a conflicting message appeared: "The account that owns the email address you entered has been disabled." It seems there is a discrepancy, and we are unable to submit an appeal to reinstate my friend's old account, which he is eager to recover. Your assistance on this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have had a legitimate account since [redacted] under the name of Azi Pourashraf, known as Azi for short. Recently, a fake account using my full name, Azita Pourashraf, surfaced on Facebook. This account falsely claims I am married, living in France, and from Qazvin, Iran. I am a Canadian of Persian background residing in Toronto, single, and born in Tehran. The fake account has my picture with my mother and Persian Gulf background. Despite reporting it, the account remains active. Please assist in removing this fake account that is causing me distress. Thank you for your help. Azi Pourashraf, Toronto, Canada.

I appreciate you using Messenger payments. A recent update has changed the payment method linked to your account to VISA *[redacted] to allow you to send and receive money through Facebook. If you received $38.40 and are unsure how to access it, it may be related to this payment method update. If you do not have an account or are confused about the message, please reach out to Facebook support for assistance.

I accidentally left my account logged in on a friend's phone when my battery was dying. When I tried to access my account from my phone, I was prompted to log in and upload my photo ID. After 24 hours, my account was disabled even though I provided various documents from my driver's license to my ID card. I am reaching out to request the reopening of my account on this platform. I have a business page associated with it and not being able to access it is impacting my business. I trust the Community Support team will assist me in resolving this matter so I can resume using the platform. Thank you for your help.

After using a baby app on Facebook, I was unexpectedly logged out and prompted to enter a code sent via text message, which I have not received despite multiple attempts to regain access in the past 12 hours. Despite following the system's guidance and utilizing the "need help" feature, the process ultimately led to a message indicating the page has expired or been deleted. I am now stuck in a loop of being asked to log in or create a new account when all I need is for the code to be sent via email to restore access to my original Facebook account.

Last night, on 2/26/20 from 7:54 pm to 12:09 am, I had a conversation on Facebook with someone claiming to be a 23-year-old girl named Anas Gujjar from Canonsburg, PA. The individual would not disclose how they found and friended me. They repeatedly insisted on video chatting, which made me suspicious of a potential scam to obtain personal information. A Facebook page under the name "Anas Gujjar" featuring photos of a young woman was visible last night but is now unavailable. I unfriended and messaged this person a photo of Anas Gujjar from Pakistan, suggesting they may not be who they claim to be. The last interaction in the conversation was a checkmark and "seen 12:09 am." I am no longer able to view their replies. Please reach out via email or Facebook message (Rich G., Coopersburg, PA) so I can provide further details. Thank you.

I need assistance understanding why someone sent me unwanted photos from a fake Facebook account. I have gathered evidence of this incident. Additionally, I deleted my account due to ongoing issues and today, a concerning event occurred with the deleted account. I have already involved lawyers, but I believe reporting this to Facebook is crucial. I want to pursue this matter fully by reporting the individual who sent me messages from a fake account and investigating how they gained access to my account. I have tried contacting phone numbers listed as Facebook support ([redacted] and 1-[redacted]) without success. If there is another number available, I would appreciate it. Urgent assistance is needed due to the gravity of the situation.

This morning, when I logged onto Facebook, I received a notification stating I shared content against community guidelines flagged as spam. This was confusing as I typically only post memes and local news. Concerned someone might have accessed my account, I attempted the security check. Unfortunately, after reviewing my posts, clicking "skip" led to an error message. Struggling to regain access, I changed my password multiple times. Despite efforts to reset the forgotten password and involving trusted contacts, I ultimately created a new account. However, even after submitting a photo verification, the new account was deleted shortly after. I never violated guidelines and seek help in retrieving my original account, which holds connections with internet friends and groups. Wondering if Facebook can be contacted to provide an ID for account recovery.

The "Scheduling" option is missing from the posting window on the homepage, causing frustration. To workaround, posts need to be created and scheduled from the Publishing Tools Page, but there is a glitch where the entire post cannot be viewed for editing before scheduling. If corrections are made after scheduling, any attached photos or links disappear. Despite updating the Mac, logging out and in to Facebook, trying from other devices, and getting the same issue on two friends' accounts, the problem persists. Assistance is needed as it seems to be a Facebook issue.

I need assistance. The "Scheduling" option is missing from the posting window on the homepage again today. Now, I am forced to create and schedule my posts from the Publishing Tools Page. However, when creating posts on this page, I am unable to see the entire post to review or edit before scheduling. If I schedule first and then try to review and make corrections, the attached photo or link disappears. This situation is incredibly frustrating. I have updated everything on my Mac, logged out and back into Facebook, attempted to schedule from two other computers and my phone, but the issue persists. Two of my friends are experiencing the same problem, indicating the issue lies with Facebook, not our devices. I am seeking urgent assistance with this matter.

Hello, I have never attacked any religion, atheism, or any belief, nor have I posted against homosexuals. 99% of my posts on Facebook have been about old pianos, selling some of them, and advertising them. However, my Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts were all blocked, and I was requested to upload my ID card, which I did. It has been over 45 days, and my 11-year-old account is still blocked, causing me to lose interest from clients and their trust. Another account was created, and today, even that account was deleted to verify my age. I have uploaded my ID card again. I promise not to mention politics, which I did not do on the second account. As a respected musician and restorer with 2 kids, I have never posted in favor of any government or political stance. I kindly request an end to this hostile behavior towards me. Thank you. There is an individual on Facebook who is not in my friends' list, but she has been copying and pasting my photos. She has approached me in person, even appeared at my home, and has been harassing me, my family, and friends. I have a Temporary Restraining Order from the Court in my home County, but I am unable to block her on Facebook since she is not a friend on my page. Her name is Onda Snowden from Lufkin, Angelina County, Texas, while I live in a nearby county. I urgently need her blocked from viewing my Facebook profile, and ideally removed from Facebook and Messenger immediately. She is known to be dangerous, carries a weapon, and I fear for my safety. Thank you for your time and understanding. - Gerry Bynum Crawford

Yesterday, on the 27th of February, I encountered an issue with my Facebook account. I was unexpectedly logged out and had to reset my password twice. This morning, the same thing happened again. I struggled to reset my password because the code/email was sent to an old email address that I no longer have access to. Despite receiving two different reset codes from Facebook via text, I was still unable to regain access to my account. To make matters more confusing, my password was allegedly changed at 4 am while I was asleep. I've tried multiple solutions without success. I am eager to recover my Facebook account. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently fell victim to a scam where two individuals claiming to be from Facebook took $[redacted] from me by deceiving me into thinking I had won a large sum of money. As a result, I am now facing the risk of losing my rental house in Odessa, Texas, where I work despite living [redacted] miles away. Additionally, my 74-year-old mother is at risk of losing her place as well due to the upcoming rent payment. I understand that the money cannot be refunded, but I hope some action can be taken against those responsible. Currently, I only have $20 to my name with limited funds for the next couple of weeks. Without gas money, I have also lost my job, compounding my difficulties. I had to leave all my belongings in my one-bedroom rental property as I couldn't transport them. Having endured homelessness at a young age, I cannot bear to go through this situation again at the age of 47. Thank you for any assistance you can provide. Sincerely, a victim of deceit.

I have been using Facebook for years and recently forgot my password. Despite trying many combinations, I am unable to recall it. The email I originally used for the account is no longer accessible, but my current phone number is linked to the profile. Strangely, I am unable to receive the login code to reset my password via this phone number. While I know my trusted friends, coordinating their availability to receive the codes is challenging. I find it puzzling that I can't reset my password using my linked phone number. Facebook is crucial for my work, and I have been struggling with this issue for quite some time. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

My Facebook account was disabled because it was hacked and used by someone without my permission, resulting in identity theft. I have filed a police report and sought legal assistance for this issue. The hacker also compromised my Google Account by accessing my emails and changing passwords, but Google implemented additional security measures like fingerprint verification and text code confirmation to prevent further unauthorized access. Despite this, the hacker managed to gain entry to my Facebook account, violating my privacy rights. To enhance security, I changed my email from [redacted] to [redacted] and updated my phone number as advised by my attorney, due to attempted hacking into my online banking account. The bank's security protocols required me to close my online banking account to protect my finances. This is a severe legal matter, and I urgently need to regain access to my Facebook account as the hacker continues to misuse it and harm my friends by exploiting my contacts. I urge your legal team to address this situation promptly. - Ronda G.

I am currently in a troubling situation and seeking help. Someone is tracking my phone using a webkit application, monitoring my messages and calls. I am planning to contact the authorities once I have concrete evidence of his identity. I have a strong suspicion it is George, as he recently deleted my friend Andrea Barredo Cawayan's profile. I lack proof beyond this. The individual keeps modifying IP addresses, including mine, and is currently connected to my device. I am using an iPhone 6S. Any information on his identity, location, and the phone number used would be extremely valuable. I intend to involve the police promptly, pending your assistance. Your support is greatly appreciated.
