For the past two months, I've been struggling to submit my FAFSA to Suffolk College. Despite adding Suffolk College to my list of schools, I haven't been able to make any progress. I've reached out to both the school and FAFSA multiple times. Even after following the instructions given to me by both parties, my FAFSA still hasn't been accepted. A representative over the phone offered help to ensure my FAFSA was correctly submitted by the school, and I received what I thought were confirmations of successful submissions. However, I recently received another email stating the FAFSA is still incorrect. I've been constantly calling both my school and FAFSA for updates, but I'm told to wait for processing. My patience is wearing thin as I urgently need this financial aid. I hope someone can resolve this issue promptly.

I need help removing two schools from my approved 2[redacted] FASFA Application so that only National University is listed. Unfortunately, I cannot access the form currently. Could you assist me in making these changes? I have been accepted at National University, and I am delighted with their program. It aligns well with my education and will positively impact my career. I no longer require Everett Community College or Troy University to be included. With classes starting soon at NU, I want to avoid any delays in my registration process. Thank you, Dennyse Oban

Regarding my MPN status: I used [redacted] as my FAFSA account email/username. I finished my Master Promissory Note (MPN) both on June 9th and June 24th. However, it has not been updated on my college's financial aid portal to show as complete. I have a PDF document as evidence of my MPN completion. On the college financial aid portal, the counseling section is marked as done, which was completed on the same day as the MPN.
