I made a booking for an Expedia shore excursion in New Zealand, but unfortunately, I couldn't attend. I struggled to find a way to contact Expedia to cancel the booking. The information provided on the excursion printouts, voucher, and ticket was not helpful in such situations. The booking reference I was trying to cancel was [redacted][redacted] for December 15, [redacted]. In the future, I have six cruises booked for [redacted] and plan to use Expedia's services for shore excursions on those trips.

I purchased a ticket for my mother to travel from Portugal to San Diego (USA). I spent five hours before her flight attempting to correct the name on her ticket to match her passport. Each time I was redirected until I finally reached the person who could make the change. Unfortunately, they informed me it was too late despite my efforts. After contacting Expedia and the airline, my mother still missed her flight and I lost all the money. I am requesting someone to reach out to me to discuss receiving airline credit or a full refund. I need to cancel my reservation at The Mendicino Hotel and Garden Suites for December 29. My itinerary number is [redacted][redacted]. The hotel assured me of a free cancellation when I called, but Expedia indicates it's non-refundable. The hotel claims Expedia has my money and should provide the refund. Regarding Expedia Itinerary [redacted][redacted], I reserved a hotel room for my son. However, upon arrival, he was directed to the wrong hotel and then had to travel to another Holiday Inn 10 miles away, only to be told he was at the correct one initially. Due to a snowstorm, I needed him to be safe and settled. Unfortunately, the confusion led to frustration, and he decided to return home without checking in because of the front desk's error, despite being given a confirmation number. I am seeking a full refund for the unused room due to the inconvenience and miscommunication experienced.

I purchased tickets from Austin to Chicago for January 20th, returning on January 23rd, for around $[redacted]. Unfortunately, Expedia has not provided any confirmation. I am concerned about whether our tickets will be valid. The automated response system did not connect me to a customer representative, adding to the frustration. Furthermore, the online chatroom prevented us from typing our concerns. This has been an extremely disappointing customer service experience.

I made a reservation for La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham Conroe on December 31st. Unfortunately, I need to cancel due to an emergency. Despite calling Expedia multiple times with my Card's last four digits and the Itinerary number 5136B[redacted]61, they cannot locate my booking. La Quinta confirmed they have my reservation. How should I proceed to cancel it?

I reserved a hotel for Christmas Day as a surprise for my grandkids to swim in the pool. I contacted them beforehand, and they confirmed the pool was open. Unfortunately, on arrival, the pool heater was broken, making swimming impossible due to the freezing temperatures. I discussed this with the front desk staff, Arthur, who was understanding. He facilitated a refund from Expedia to the hotel and directed me to another branch 20 minutes away. We stayed there and enjoyed the pool. The second hotel, Hyatt Place Fishers, is requesting payment now. I am looking to have Expedia either reimburse me or pay the Fishers location directly with the payment I made.

To whom it may concern, I am writing to bring to your attention that the Blue Sky Motel located at [redacted] Sunshine Coast Hwy, Sechelt, BC V7Z 0E6 was closed in December [redacted], and the Expedia account associated with it was also closed at that time. However, I have noticed charges on the Blue Sky Motel account by Expedia in July, August, and September [redacted]. As the business has been closed for two years, I believe these charges are in error. I kindly request clarification on why Expedia is charging fees to the Blue Sky Motel account even though it has been inactive. Dear Customer Service, I am writing regarding my recent experience attempting to cancel my flight due to illness. My Expedia Itinerary Number is [redacted][redacted], and my confirmation code is 2CBUOC. The Porter code for my ticket is TED83E. I encountered some confusion when speaking with multiple agents about the cancellation policy. One agent mentioned I could not receive credit for my outgoing ticket due to the return portion being a standard fare. However, after speaking with Porter directly, I was informed that the rules for each portion of the ticket depend on the type of fare purchased. Upon contacting Expedia again, I was told conflicting information about the cancellation policy. Regarding my recent stay at Cliff Dwellers Inn (Itinerary # [redacted][redacted]), I encountered difficulty accessing the property due to icy conditions. Despite contacting the owner, I was unable to reach the Inn and had to cancel my reservation. The owner offered reimbursement, but I have yet to see the credit reflected in my account as of 12-29-[redacted]. I contacted Fairfield Inn Cherry Creek in Denver to secure a reservation. I usually book my boss's stays directly through the front desk, as I have done for the past 15 years. The front desk staff redirected me to Marriott's reservations center. When attempting to cancel a reservation, I was informed by the front desk that I had booked through Expedia. I explained that I made the reservation directly through the hotel, not Expedia. They are refusing to cancel or refund me. This booking is on my boss's company card, and my job is at risk without a refund. I have faithfully made reservations in this manner for the past 10-15 years. The reservation is for January 16, [redacted], for one night, under the name Steven Wilkinson, paid with Andrew Skipper's credit card details, ending in [redacted]. Hello, I am Mr. Mehran Beidokhti. I have already booked a villa through an agency in my country that works directly with Expedia. They have booked the Clifton Mansion Villa in Cape Town for me for 5 nights (21-26 March). We have paid in full and I have attached the voucher for your reference. I have been trying to adjust my flight booking for a trip in August [redacted] over the past six days through Virtual Assistants. I received conflicting information about the cost of the change and flight availability. Despite my efforts, I am still unable to make a change to a flight 7 months in advance. One virtual assistant claimed there were no available flights, which contradicted my own search done just minutes before. Another assistant only offered flight change options for an additional $60+ after I requested to escalate the issue. Each assistant presented different details, options, and some struggled with processing the change fee from the original payment source. I feel like I have been given the runaround without a genuine attempt to modify my booking. This disappointing experience contrasts with my previous positive encounters with Expedia. I had originally booked a flight back to Boston from Medellin, Colombia for January 12th. I made a free change to the 15th, but it was reverted back to the 12th without my consent. Although my Expedia account states the 15th, I've been informed the flight for that day doesn't exist. I am insisting on the same flight but for January 16th, which is now available. If I do not receive Flight JetBlue 40 departing at 2:30 PM from Medellin and arriving at 11:42 PM on January 16th with JetBlue [redacted], I will take action and report Expedia for misleading information. This situation has caused significant stress during my vacation and affected my mental well-being.

I encountered a problem with the itinerary Expedia provided for my wife's trip from Tokyo to Beijing. The Itinerary number is [redacted][redacted], scheduled for Jan 04, [redacted], with a layover in Dalian, China. The first flight was All Nippon Airways (ANA) [redacted], and the second was China Southern Airlines [redacted]. Upon arrival at the airport (NRT), my wife was informed that the connection through Dalian was not possible due to a long-standing policy. I recently booked a flight with American Airlines through Expedia and had to cancel it. I paid Expedia $[redacted] to extend my flight credit but they are unable to find the flight or credit. American Airlines found the ticket reservations and refunded the money to my credit card. However, when I checked with Bank of America, the credit was not there. I've been trying to reach Expedia but their phone line mentions complications and asks to call back later. According to American Airlines, Expedia should have processed the refund as they booked the trip. I'm unsure how to proceed as I haven't been able to speak to anyone yet.

I have been attempting to contact an actual person at Expedia for a long time now, but every time I call, they are unable to assist me. The ongoing issue revolves around an airline credit I received via email with specific validity terms. The email stated it could only be reissued with the same airline until June 22, [redacted], yet I received it on August 4, [redacted], rendering it expired before I even got the credit. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the matter over the phone, I am always met with automated responses and no opportunity to speak with a representative. I have documentation of the email and just wish to either receive a refund or have the credit reissued due to this frustrating situation.

I've booked a ticket from Uruguay to India with layovers in Spain and London. I managed to secure a transit visa for Spain, but I'm finding it difficult to obtain one for London as the visa application center is not accessible from my current location.
