Regarding itinerary # [redacted][redacted], I want to address an issue with my recent United Flight [redacted] from Newark to SFO. The flight was delayed by 3.5 hours due to technical problems, causing me to arrive at SFO at 12:30 am. However, upon reaching the Westin, I was informed that my reservation was for June 30, [redacted], instead of the intended date of July 16, [redacted]. As a result, I had to secure a room at the nearby Aloft hotel. 1) I did not select June 30, [redacted], during the booking process, only July 16, [redacted]. 2) The Expedia confirmation email displayed the incorrect date, which I missed due to being on a 5.5-hour flight after booking. 3) Despite the non-refundable rate, I believe an exception should be made as the error was not mine - proving this without a screenshot of the final confirmation is challenging. 4) I have no use for a room on June 30th, as I will not be in the vicinity of SFO. 5) Kindly inform me of any cancellation fees and review the Expedia system for similar glitches. My granddaughter purchased tickets for Turkey through your platform. Confirmation: RNZ76P Expedia itinerary number: [redacted][redacted] The tickets were issued with only initials. You should be aware that the full name as stated in the passport should be used. The tickets cost €1,[redacted].47 for 3 people. Unfortunately, they were not allowed on the flight due to incorrect information. They had to buy new one-way tickets for €[redacted] per person. It is disappointing how you take their hard-earned money. Your response of "They should have checked" is disheartening. I expect them to receive compensation. I did not stay at the apartment due to an issue with the owners, who notified me of their inability to accommodate us on 15.06 at 21:15, past the 18:00 cancellation deadline. I added a hotel reservation when booking my flight on Delta.com. After canceling the flight on their website, I couldn't find a way to cancel the hotel. I contacted Delta, and they said I had to cancel directly with the hotel. When I called Marriot, they directed me back to Delta. The hotel reservation appeared as Expedia on my credit card statement, so I called Expedia for help. Despite going through automated options, I couldn't find a way to cancel and speak to a person without a Delta confirmation number. I've spoken to Delta, Marriot, the hotel itself, and Expedia. Even the chatbot on Expedia's website couldn't locate my reservation using different numbers. Now I'm back on hold with Expedia after trying the number provided. In the end, my advice is not to book a hotel alongside your flight on Delta.com.

Regarding Itinerary [redacted][redacted], our return shuttle with Mexico Travel/Speedy Shuttle was scheduled for Saturday, July 16. We arrived in the lobby at 9:35 AM as instructed, but the shuttle did not show up. After calling Mexico Travel at 9:50 AM, they advised us to wait 20 to 30 minutes due to their delay. Subsequently, at 10:30 AM, we called again as the shuttle had not arrived, and were informed it had broken down. They advised us to take a taxi to the airport and promised a refund on our shuttle fee. However, Expedia later informed us that no refund was possible since we did not cancel 24 hours prior. We believe the issue lies with Mexico Travel, not us, and request a refund for the return shuttle.

Our recent trip from Washington to Kenya was extremely challenging for my family and me. We had two different itineraries: #[redacted][redacted] and #[redacted][redacted]. Both return flights were changed by JetBlue to July 17, [redacted], to fly from DOHA to Washington, causing issues with obtaining boarding passes during our 24-hour layover in DOHA. Despite attempts to reissue tickets through EXPEDIA, JetBlue, and Qatar, it was impossible. Despite thinking everyone had tickets reissued, my family on the 2nd Itinerary received them, and I did not. This led to me missing two flights and having to purchase another ticket the next day for a connecting flight from DOHA to Washington. The total original charges were $5,[redacted].21 for both flights mentioned, with an additional $3,[redacted].21 spent on unexecuted plane tickets due to challenges and delays. My family, including two small children aged 6 and 8, experienced a very traumatic time and received no help from EXPEDIA, JetBlue, or Qatar. I am frustrated by the loss of money and time and am seeking a refund and compensation for this stressful ordeal.

Good afternoon, my name is Gissell Castro. I made a reservation with you for the Niagara Falls Hotel Oakes. What a disappointment! I was offered one price but ended up paying more than estimated. The room we are in right now is in poor condition; there are three of us and we are uncomfortable. The bathrooms are dirty, and despite being told parking was $7 extra per night, I was just charged $35 per night plus a booking fee. This is unacceptable! We demand to be moved to a better room or a refund. I purchased a room at the hotel and instead got the worst one available where even the air conditioning doesn't reach. I recently booked two rooms at the Hilton Gardens in Columbia, SC for a stay on July 23 to 24. After the booking, $[redacted].80 was immediately deducted from my account. Upon arrival at 11:30 pm, we were informed they did not have our rooms ready, and we had to wait for over an hour with our young children. Eventually, they placed us in different rooms that were not on the Hilton Gardens side. However, when we entered the rooms, it was evident they were not clean. The toilet and shower were dirty, with previous resident's hairs visible. Moreover, the air conditioning could not be adjusted, and the overall experience was disappointing. Currently on holiday, the hotel we booked is incomplete, so we are at a different hotel. I reached out to Amy, the supervisor at Showboat, who mentioned she was occupied with an audit and couldn't address it promptly. I am eager to settle this before my upcoming travels and contacted Visa for advice. They recommended reaching out to Expedia to correct the room charge to $59.46, as agreed initially, and subsequently receive a credit of $11.10 for the overcharge.

I stayed at Comfort Inn Downtown Nashville, and it was nothing like the photos on the website. I've been disturbed two nights in a row, with drunk people waking me up at 3 a.m. the first night and someone pounding at my door at 12:30 a.m. the second night. The room was dirty with pubic hairs everywhere, and the staff was unfriendly. I requested a refund when I moved to another hotel on July 30 at 4:35 p.m. for a room change. I was browsing hotels in Houston, TX, and accidentally booked a motel in Katy, TX, 41 miles away. I tried to cancel, but the hotel will charge $91. It's frustrating that the website showed hotels in a different city from what I searched. I want my $91 refunded. I had trouble logging in quickly, which adds to my disappointment.
