Dear Customer Service, I have consistently used your company for my travels, but I always encounter issues with my hand baggage. I'm told I can only bring my hand baggage or my bag, so I usually opt for hands-free, yet I still face the same problem of being asked to check my bag. I find this unacceptable since my personal bag should not be categorized as baggage. Thank you for your attention. Sincerely, Rosaria Pastena

Dear EasyJet, On December 12, my wife and I had a return flight booked from Paris to Venice with the booking reference EXZNV9S and flight number EJU3797. Unfortunately, the flight was canceled due to a strike by controllers, as stated on your website. However, I did not receive a direct notification, which was disappointing. I had been informed multiple times about the Venice – Paris flight on December 9, but not about the cancellation of the return flight. The lack of communication caused me great inconvenience and led to additional costs of €[redacted] for the hotel. This experience has tarnished your reputation in my eyes. As a result, we are considering not flying with EasyJet in the future, and I will share my negative experience with friends and family. Sincerely, Božidar Pungaršek Slovenia

I would appreciate any assistance in rectifying this issue.

Hello, yesterday at Gatwick airport's north terminal, June SLADE lost her passport in the departure lounge. She was on Easyjet flight EZY8055 departing to Montpellier, France at 8 pm on December 23. Upon arrival, she discovered her passport missing, and French officials confirmed it wasn't on the plane. Despite this, they allowed her entry. Scheduled to fly back on January 3, June's son, David SLADE, reached out to immigration services, lost property, and the police. He's hoping for information on the passport from Easyjet ground staff. Thank you.

I am attempting to book flight [redacted] from CPH to CDG on June 22, [redacted]. When filling out the traveler information form, it is not accepting my phone number and stating "Please enter a valid phone number." My USA phone number is +1 [redacted]. How should I format this number correctly? While I will be in Europe, I will not have access to this number. Can this issue be resolved? Additionally, I am purchasing seats 2A & 2B. Are we allowed two bags (small suitcase + computer) each? The information displayed post seat selection seems to conflict with the initial seat selection notice. Lastly, could you provide the seat pitch in row 2? Thank you.

I recently flew from London to Madrid and unfortunately, my luggage is missing without any updates. This is concerning as I have a flight to Lagos, Nigeria next Thursday at 11:00, and I need my medicines which are vital for my health conditions including sugar, hypertension, and cholesterol. I urgently require assistance in locating my luggage. I also request to be compensated according to the company's policies for the inconvenience caused.

To Whom It May Concern, Today, I discovered that my luggage was lost during my flight from London Gatwick to Madrid Barajas with flight number MADVZ10682. After waiting for over half an hour without any luggage arrival, I promptly filed a complaint at the EasyJet Office Information desk. It seems that this issue is affecting several other travelers as well. The assistant confirmed that my luggage did not make the journey from London to Madrid as scheduled. I kindly request that you locate my luggage and have it delivered to my address in Madrid at CALLE LIMONERO, 20, 1ºB, [redacted] MADRID. This matter is urgent as I have a flight to Lagos, Nigeria, scheduled for next Thursday at 11:00, and my medication for diabetes, hypertension, and cholesterol is inside my missing luggage. I am eagerly awaiting a resolution to this situation and would appreciate being reimbursed in accordance with the company's policies for such incidents. Please keep me informed of the progress. The relevant contact information is as follows: Hakeem George Suleiman Sumonu. Thank you.

Hello, I am writing about my recent trip with EasyJet. I made my flight reservations online for a round trip without adding hold luggage initially. A day before my departure, I realized I needed to add luggage for one leg of my journey. When I tried to do this online, I was only given the option to add luggage for both flights. I contacted customer service, but they advised me to check at the airport. At the airport, I explained my situation, hoping for assistance in adding the extra bag at the same price as online. Unfortunately, I was informed that I would have to pay double the online price. Despite the website and phone representatives being from the same company, they couldn't resolve the issue reasonably. To add to this, during boarding, it was announced that there was not enough space on the plane for all carry-on luggage, resulting in some bags being moved to the hold. This experience left me quite dissatisfied. I hope my concerns are clear, and I look forward to your response. Thank you, Valentina

On December 21, we flew to Bristol on the delayed 18:35 Easy Jet flight for Christmas in Wales. However, while boarding at gate 5, I accidentally left my coat with several personal items in the pockets in the terminal. I informed the flight dispatcher who kindly retrieved my coat from the terminal and brought it to me on the aircraft. I was unable to thank him in person, so I would appreciate it if you could convey my heartfelt thanks to him. Alternatively, if possible, I would like to express my gratitude in person upon our return to GC on January 7, arriving with Easy Jet at 17:30. Thank you very much. - Godfrey E.

On December 21, we departed for Bristol on the 18.35 Easy Jet flight for our Christmas trip to Wales. Unfortunately, I left my coat at gate 5 in the terminal while boarding. I informed the flight dispatcher, who kindly retrieved my coat along with many personal items from the pockets and returned it to me on the aircraft. Since I couldn't thank him in person, I would greatly appreciate it if you could convey my gratitude to him, or perhaps I could express my thanks upon our return to GC on January 7, scheduled to arrive at 17.30 on an Easy Jet flight. Please help me find and extend my heartfelt thanks to this kind individual. Thank you very much. - Godfrey E.

I filed a compensation claim for my flight delay on December 18th when my flight was redirected and delayed. The case reference number is [redacted]86. EasyJet rejected my claim, citing 'extreme circumstances' as the reason for the diversion due to strong winds. However, all other flights arriving during our scheduled time managed to land without issues, which raises concerns. The pilot mentioned that we might receive compensation, implying that the airline's decision, not the weather, caused the delay. This situation caused inconvenience, expenses, and time wasted for all passengers. I had family waiting from Coimbra and missed a dentist appointment due to the delays. If EasyJet does not reconsider compensating us, I intend to pursue this matter further. I am not expecting maximum compensation but believe we deserve reimbursement for the disruptions we faced. I am hopeful for a prompt response. Thank you.

Hello, I am seeking guidance on how to bring an additional small backpack on an easyJet flight. Previously, I traveled on Ryanair from Dublin to London with 2 cabin bags and paid for priority boarding for around 10 euros. However, I am unable to find a similar option for easyJet. I am not looking to join the easyJet Plus program, or choose the FLEXI fare, nor am I seated in the extra legroom sections. Any advice on how to proceed would be welcomed, as my flight is scheduled for the 30th and I have just noticed this issue now.

I experienced a flight delay and completed the easyJet compensation request form. Unfortunately, while reviewing the information before submitting, I noticed a discrepancy in the flight date. The flight was from Prague to Amsterdam with booking reference EZ64JH5, flight [redacted]. Even though I entered the correct date as 21/12/[redacted], the website keeps changing it to December 20 on the confirmation. I'm concerned this mistake may lead to a denial of my claim. How can I resolve this issue?

Hello, I took EasyJet flight [redacted] on December 16th from Nice to Gatwick, connecting to a Norwegian flight to Orlando, Florida. Unfortunately, my luggage went missing during the journey. I filed a claim at Gatwick, and the reference number is LGWU221342 under Federico A. According to WorldTracer, it indicates that the item has been found and is awaiting confirmation. Since 10 days have passed, I am concerned about not receiving my luggage yet. Considering that Norwegian is a partner with EasyJet and my ticket was Worldwide, I would appreciate an update on the situation and a prompt resolution. I have attached all the relevant paperwork related to my missing luggage for your reference. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly. Best regards,

I am extremely frustrated about my lost suitcase after my flight from Newcastle to Geneva on the 27th of December. The customer service response and lack of follow-up has been incredibly disappointing. Despite multiple attempts to contact the lost luggage number, the language barrier with the call center in South Africa has made it challenging to get any meaningful information. It has been almost three days now, and I am no closer to finding my missing suitcase. I would greatly appreciate a more personalized approach and direct contact from the airline to help resolve this matter promptly. My details are as follows: Name: B. Cottam File Reference: GVAU210860 I urgently need some updates on the status of my lost luggage.

Hello, I would like to report that upon arriving from Venice Marco Polo Airport at Prague Airport on 11.12.19, I discovered that my baggage chain was broken. This was very disappointing for me. I have submitted feedback through the survey provided promptly, indicating the issue to the KPMG Audit team; however, I have not received any response since then. I am willing to provide my boarding pass/ticket copy, baggage tag, and a photo of the damaged baggage chain for the necessary reimbursement process to be addressed promptly. Best Regards, Arijit

We experienced a medical emergency on our flight from Hurghada to Rhodes, where our son became ill shortly after takeoff. We have been stuck in Rhodes for four days now, with our son receiving treatment at a hospital. The crew and medical staff were exceptional in responding swiftly and efficiently to the situation, and the doctors mentioned that their quick actions potentially saved our son's life. Although I am grateful to EasyJet for their assistance, there are no direct flights from Rhodes, leading to significant additional expenses as we had to fly back from Athens, costing us over [redacted] euros for three people. We were told by the crew not to worry about our flights, but we are now hoping for some sort of discount or assistance from EasyJet to alleviate the financial burden. Our flight details are EZ4SV8G from Hurghada on 26/12/[redacted] at 17:50. Thank you, Neil Evans.

Hello! I'm trying to book flights during the easyJet sale for myself and my 8-month-old baby from London Gatwick to Milan Malpensa. I've discovered some great deals for myself; however, the price for my baby's flight is more expensive than mine, which seems unreasonable since he won't even have a seat. Currently, I'm being charged £25 each way for his ticket, whereas with BA, the cost for a baby to fly with me is less than £25 for a return trip. Can this be right? Thank you!

Hello, I am writing to request receipts for additional legroom purchases made on a flight booked by Marieke Voorhorst for travel from AMS to VCE on December 2nd and back on December 3rd. I used my own credit card ending in ****[redacted] to buy the extra legroom. The charges were €16.00 and €25.99. Could you please email me the receipts for both legroom purchases under the name Paul van Maarseveen? Thank you, Paul
