Hello, I was at the Dollar General store this evening. I intended to purchase 3 boxes of Coca-Cola on a special deal. When I inquired about the 3-for-$13 offer, the cashier rudely informed me it was not available. Feeling disappointed, I decided to choose other items. I mentioned having coupons, but he refused to accept them. When I suggested removing an item from my purchase, he insisted I couldn't as the manager was absent. I waited for the manager, and the cashier reacted poorly, even using inappropriate language towards me.

I always struggle with your coupons. In your ad, it mentions that I can purchase soft drinks for 3 for $10.00 with your coupon. I don't have a phone where I can download a coupon, but I can do it on my desktop and input my phone number at the store. How can I activate the coupon to link it to my phone number for use at the store? Also, once I activate the coupon on my desktop, how can I confirm that it's activated? Thanks for your help.

Yesterday, I bought a $20 Dollar General gift card, but today I found it has no money on it. I'm not sure what the problem is, but could someone assist me with this issue? The cashiers at the store where I bought the card claim they checked it after I complained about it, and they tried to reassure me that it's not their fault, but it's definitely not mine either. All I know is that I am now missing $20 that I really need. Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

I made a purchase on Saturday to redeem the five-dollar discount. However, I received a message yesterday stating my order was canceled, even though my card was charged. I have proof of the charge. There is a lady named Miss T who is a manager at Dollar General in Kennedale, Texas. She asked me to clean up the dumpster area, promising payment. I worked four days in [redacted]-degree heat and was going to charge $[redacted]. She only gave me $40, then acted like she didn't know me. She needed it cleaned up by Friday to avoid a fine from the city. I did all the work, leaving everything neat and clean, but she still owes me $[redacted]. I placed an order this morning at the store. They canceled it once, and I had to redo it at the store. When I tried to pick up the order, it wasn't ready. During a recent visit to your store, my husband was treated very poorly by an employee named Genavee Foshe. In front of other customers, she questioned if we were married and then proceeded to ask him to leave, ultimately refusing to serve him. When I followed up with other staff members, they were confused and unaware of why he was asked to leave. They mentioned that Genavee claimed to have spoken to me about the situation, which is false as I have never interacted with her or discussed such matters. This whole incident was embarrassing and unjustified. While I understand the store's right to refuse service, this situation was handled unprofessionally and inaccurately. It has left us feeling unwelcome and disrespected. I believe it's important for customers to be aware of these issues and consider shopping elsewhere due to this unacceptable behavior.

I am curious to know why the DG store on Kingsley Ave. in Orange Park, Florida, [redacted] has been closed for two months now. During the summer, it was only open until 1:00 pm due to a broken air conditioning system, which lasted for about three months. I've noticed several new DG stores being constructed, so why hasn't the issue at this location been addressed? This store is the most convenient for consumers in the [redacted] zip code. I hope they reopen this location soon as it was a favorite of mine.

I have been a loyal customer at my neighborhood Dollar General for three years. As a 61-year-old woman with mental and physical health challenges, the staff has always treated me kindly. Unfortunately, the new manager, Angela, has been unkind, making hurtful remarks and falsely accusing me of stealing. I am facing an unsettling situation involving an employee, Shelby Chapman, who seems to be tracking me through the Clock Shark app. She is using Dollar General as her business, and I, Jeremy Manley, appear to be listed as her employee. A Clock Shark representative reached out to inform me that an account was opened successfully under Shelby Chapman's name and email but with my phone number attached. Upon bringing this to the store manager's attention to lodge a complaint and request contact information for further complaints, I was met with an unhelpful response. I purchased a Green Dot card but it wasn't activated. I've tried to get a refund by contacting customer care multiple times, but I lost the contact number. I was promised a representative would reach out, but I haven't received any emails yet. Someone sent me a faded receipt image confirming the issue. I still have the card, but I urgently need my money returned. I am struggling financially and cannot afford this delay. I've discovered that my phone number is being used for a Dollar General account without my permission. When I attempt to create my own account, the system indicates that my phone number is already in use. I tried to reset the password by selecting "forgot password," hoping to receive a reset link via text, but the process requires an email address, which I don't have access to. Is there a way to disassociate my phone number from the unauthorized account linked to it?

I attempted to log into my account to update my phone number but received an error message saying my password was incorrect. After trying to reset it by entering my email, I did not receive a reset email. I then attempted to create a new account with my updated phone number but was informed that my email was already associated with another account. I did not receive any emails regarding the password reset. I appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I visited my local Dollar General today, as I usually do on my way home. Despite being 44 years old and looking well over 18, I was refused the sale of cold medicine because I forgot to bring my ID. While I appreciate the store's policy to prevent medication abuse by minors, it was frustrating to be turned away at my age. As a result, I had to go next door to Stewart’s to buy the cold medicine I needed.

Hello, I wanted to provide some feedback about the updated store at [redacted] North Mountain Road in Linglestown, PA. The new version of the store opened at the end of September. Currently, the cart corral's placement at the end of the building, away from the parking lot, is not ideal for handicapped or elderly customers. Many positive comments were shared on Nextdoor Linglestown, suggesting that placing the cart corral next to the handicapped parking space would be more convenient. It was also recommended to leave a few carts in the corral for those needing assistance to enter the store. Additionally, customers inquired about the availability of organic produce. As the neighborhood grocery anchor, enhancing the grocery section in the future was a common request. Improving accessibility and expanding product offerings could further benefit the community. I spent 10 minutes searching for an item before seeking assistance from an employee. I informed her that the item was showing as in stock on the app for that store, but she mentioned the stock information may not be accurate. Despite not seeing an empty spot for the item, she declined to help me search and simply pointed where it should be, which was where I had already looked. On 10/29/23, I placed an online order for pickup on 10/30/23 at the Warsaw, KY DG store. Upon arrival, the staff informed me they had no record of my order.
