Due to the pandemic, I have been unable to return them to the store as my parents and my two young children, all high-risk individuals, rely on me. I've been cautious about going out unnecessarily during these times. Dear Sir, On July 26th, I purchased two pairs of Crocs, same model but different colors, both in junior size 2 from an official store in Egypt. I have been a loyal customer for years. Unfortunately, upon trying the second pair recently, I noticed it was tighter than the first pair, even though they are both junior size 2. I contacted Crocs customer service in Egypt, explaining the issue and providing photos showing the difference in size between the two pairs. They requested the receipt for proof of purchase, which I no longer have, suggesting they could check their records for the purchase made on July 26th. Despite explaining the situation and asking for a larger size replacement due to the factory's sizing error, my request was denied as I couldn't provide the receipt. I seek assistance in resolving this matter by contacting the local Crocs representative in Egypt. I have pictures available upon request. Thank you. I attempted the online return process using the package details, but my order could not be found. Despite emailing twice and being assured of a 1-3 business day response time, I have not heard back. Due to cost concerns, calling the provided number is not feasible, and live chat is unavailable, making this my most challenging online shopping experience. Dear Sir, I am writing this letter to bring to your attention an issue I've encountered with one of your products. On 24/08/[redacted], I purchased [redacted]92-R-9 footwear from the CROCS showroom at Metro Brands Ltd (CIQ-CICO1) located at [redacted], T1 BUSINESS PARK, HILITE CITY, NH THONDAYED BYPASS, KOZHIKODE-[redacted], for INR [redacted]. Unfortunately, within two months, the outer sole of the footwear became detached. Upon visiting the showroom, they temporarily fixed it with glue. However, the problem reoccurred within a month. The showroom representative assured me that it could be replaced in India as there is no outlet in Saudi Arabia. Upon my return to India, I discovered a different representative at the showroom and also noticed that the color of the footwear had faded. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly by providing a replacement. I trust that your reputation for excellent after-sales service will be upheld.

I placed an order on November 10th and haven't received any shipping information. After calling on the 16th, I was told there would be a delay, but this morning I received an email saying my order was canceled and the money refunded. Upon calling, I was informed by a lady that the order was never canceled and that I'd be charged when it ships, but couldn't provide a specific timeframe since the item is not available. I requested for the order to be canceled, but she refused and claimed there was no manager available. She mentioned sending an email with a number, but I haven't received anything yet. I'm frustrated and no longer interested in the shoes due to the poor handling of this situation. I want the order fully canceled immediately, not partially as currently happening.

I recently discovered that my order was unexpectedly cancelled nearly two weeks after placing it. I was informed last week through a chat that Crocs was experiencing issues, yet my order would be sent soon. I rely on those shoes for medical purposes, and now I have to find them elsewhere. It's disheartening that no one reached out to inform me of the cancellation. This disappointing experience has made me reconsider ordering from Crocs in the future.

On December 2nd, [redacted], I made a purchase via Crocs using the Afterpay payment option. I successfully made the first payment, but I did not receive an email confirmation from Crocs regarding my order. Upon checking my order status on Crocs' website, I discovered that my order was still in the cart and had not been processed, despite completing the payment. I would like to resolve this issue promptly as the first payment has already been deducted from my account.

On December 7, I placed two separate orders for crocs. One order was for a red men's pair, size 11, and the other was a darker pink pair, size 8 for women. I received tracking information for the red pair via email, but haven't received any notification for the pink pair. I chose not to use my account to keep it a surprise for my mom, but now I'm unable to track the pink pair. While I can see the red pair is on its way, I would appreciate any assistance in tracking the delivery of the pink pair.

I purchased two pairs of Crocs for my son's birthday on November 27th. According to their website, the shipping should take 7-10 days from the date of order. I expected them to arrive between December 7-9th, but when I checked the status, they hadn't even shipped. This was meant to be a birthday present for my son this Saturday, and I am frustrated and disappointed. I have tried calling customer service and waited on hold for hours with no help. The online chat is always unavailable. At this point, I would like the shoes overnighted free of charge or at least half of my money refunded. I still want to receive the shoes on time. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

I placed my order on 12/3/22 and received tracking information. As of 12/12/22, there have been no updates to my order, which is still being processed and not yet shipped. I now need to update the shipping address because I will be away for the holidays from 12/19/22 for 2 and a half weeks, and there will be no one to receive the package at the current address. It would be more convenient to change the shipping address to my holiday location. Interestingly, during a chat with a representative tonight, I was given a UPS number to update the address, which was unexpected. I had assumed it was Crocs customer service providing this information. It seems odd to me to contact UPS to change the address when my order hasn't even been shipped by Crocs. My next step might be to request a refund and explore other options to purchase Crocs, including online retailers.

Good afternoon, I placed an order ([redacted]9CUS) on November 29th. On December 7th, I received an email stating that "we're still on it" and my order would take a few extra days. I've tried calling, but phone calls are not being accepted. Your site also states that we can text a message, which I have done twice, but have not received a response. I would greatly appreciate an update as this is a gift and the only items that my son really wanted. I need these items by December 20th as we will be out of town for Christmas. I sent a text message to Crocs customer service as instructed on their website over 3 hours ago and have not received a response. Moreover, I tried calling the provided number, which seemed to be incorrect as I got a message for Verizon Wireless. The live chat option also disconnected after a lengthy wait. I am frustrated by the lack of communication. My main concern is my order placed over 2 weeks ago with Order # [redacted]1CUS that has yet to be shipped.

I am inquiring about the re-shipment of my order number [redacted]1CUS. I have a case number for my reference: [redacted]1. Can you kindly provide me with the tracking number? The replacement order was placed without an automated email containing the tracking information. I have attempted to receive this item three times now, with assurances from Crocs that the issue will be resolved, but unfortunately, the item has not arrived. Please issue a refund at this point.

I want to share my disappointment with Croc's return policy. My daughter and I both purchased Crocs for my granddaughter unknowingly. We needed to return one pair and exchange the other due to sizing issues. I had my receipt, but my daughter couldn't find hers. The attendant at the mall kiosk was impolite. I hoped for a refund for one pair and an exchange for the other, but she claimed it was impossible without a receipt. I was surprised that a large company like Crocs couldn't trace the transaction through my daughter's debit card. The attendant insisted on following Croc's policy and couldn't facilitate the refund without a receipt. I left feeling very frustrated and upset by the situation.

On May 30, [redacted], I bought a pair of platform croc shoes, and the payment was debited from my bank account on June 05, [redacted]. Despite two attempts by Fedex to deliver the package to my home, they returned it to the seller after a failed third attempt as I was at work. I haven't received any notification or email from the seller informing me about the return of the crocs or the refund process. I noticed that the $55.99 payment was deducted from my account but not refunded. Additionally, I did not receive a purchase receipt via email. I tried contacting the seller at 1 [redacted] several times, but the call was unanswered, and I was left on hold with an answering service for over 25 minutes each time. The Fedex shipment number is #[redacted]01W9, and my croc order number is #[redacted]CUS.

I placed my order for Crocs and Jibbitz last week on Tuesday (24th of October). I checked the Crocs website and it shows that the order has been delivered to a post office, which was not my intended delivery option. The tracking information has been showing this status for two days. The delivery service, GMR, has been indicating for the past four days that the package is expected to arrive during the day. I am unsure about the status of my Crocs delivery and paid a significant amount for them. I am eager to receive my order and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I need assistance with my recent Crocs India purchase. I placed an order on October 31st and received the item on November 3rd. I bought a pair of Crocs Women's Khaki Brooklyn Sandal [redacted]-[redacted]-W9 from Amazon on September 11th, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the sandals ripped yesterday. I paid $2,[redacted].00 for this item and only used it for work purposes. I have always trusted Crocs, but this experience has disappointed me.
