I need assistance with deactivating my Credit Karma account. My security measures have flagged your website for acquiring my information falsely, and I must close the account to avoid reporting it as a dangerous site. I am giving you a time limit of 3 minutes to resolve this issue. I realized that Intuit or Turbo Tax owns the company while trying to file my taxes. It seems like Credit Karma is a part of Turbo Tax. I have attempted various solutions provided, but none have worked. I am frustrated and simply want to remove Credit Karma completely due to this unsettling situation.

I experienced a broken pipe that caused flooding in several rooms. I require a new toilet, pipes replacement, and cleanup service, particularly in the carpeted areas. As a result, I've been exploring loan options. However, the lenders I've contacted are only offering to pay off my credit cards directly. It feels like a strategy where they provide credit cards, then when customers face significant expenses, they encourage loans. Meanwhile, I find myself without running water at home.

I have received notifications from TransUnion, Equifax, Experian, and you regarding Ford Credit. I disputed inaccurate information, and the decisions were made by TransUnion before they received my additional uploads. The conflicting information from all four entities has caused frustration. I am requesting the complete removal of Ford Credit from my credit report. The situation has escalated, and I am determined to resolve it. If I raise disputes to correct inaccurate information that should lead to the removal of an account from my credit report, and TransUnion rules in favor of the account before reviewing my evidence, is this fraudulent or simply deceitful? I spoke with customer support on the phone, and they mentioned that they hadn't received any of my uploads yet a decision was made on my dispute. I'm tired of being deceived and receiving numerous emails. Before this situation escalates further and impacts my health, I expect compliance with the rules - Ford Credit must be removed from all credit reports due to the erroneous information circulated by credit bureaus concerning Ford Credit. It's not a request; it's a demand for its rightful removal. I've also contacted credit protection services to ensure this process goes smoothly.

I am dealing with a frustrating credit rating situation. I have had an American Express card for 16 years to maintain a good credit score. However, Credit Karma recommended a credit boosting credit card to improve my credit usage rating. Despite being careful by keeping my new card under 30% credit limit usage, Credit Karma is now calculating my American Express spending into this limit. Consequently, my credit usage rating has spiked to [redacted]%, creating concerns. It seems counterproductive that by following advice to improve my score, it is now decreasing due to these calculations. This marks the third consecutive year I've used TurboTax to file my taxes. As usual, they are pushing unnecessary tax services and manage to find ways to charge for them. However, I am interested in obtaining a refund anticipation loan via MVB Bank with the help of Credit Karma's checking account. Despite being a customer for over ten years, I am once again facing identity verification issues. It's frustrating because I provide the correct answers each time - it's about me, after all. I am keen to speak with a representative to resolve this recurring problem. It's disheartening that my concerns are not being addressed promptly by the customer service team.

I have been a Credit Karma Spend account holder for over three years without any issues. Recently, I received a notification on my phone about a declined purchase from a company I don't recognize. I contacted customer service on February 6, [redacted], but have not received a response to my follow-up email. To my surprise, I realized that the notification was from PayPal and not Credit Karma. Regrettably, my debit card was locked due to this misunderstanding. As I am expecting my tax refund soon on that card, I urgently need it unlocked. Upon trying to apply, I was informed that I couldn't open a new account because my spending account was closed. However, I did not close the account; the bank did so on July 7, [redacted]. I have been using Credit Karma for about 8 years now. I've recently focused on improving my credit score over the past 2 years and managed to raise it to [redacted] as of August 22nd, [redacted]. Credit Karma suggested getting another card to help boost my score, so I decided to apply for a Capital One card. Unfortunately, I was denied and then accidentally applied for a First Premier card. These two applications resulted in three hard inquiries, which dropped my credit score by 96 points. It has been disheartening to see my hard work undone by following the advice given. I am now faced with the challenge of trying to regain those lost points. It's frustrating and I am quite disappointed by the situation.

My Credit Karma Spend checking account has been locked for almost four days. I recently received an email stating concerns about the high volume of P2P activity on my account. The email raised questions about the source of funds, my occupation, the reason for frequent withdrawals, and the use of virtual currency platforms. However, the information provided in the email does not accurately reflect my account activity. My account is predominantly funded by my weekly direct deposit from my employer, and I do not engage in the activities mentioned in the email. I find these allegations unjust and misleading.

I was wrongfully arrested on 3/3/22, and during my time in county jail, my identity was stolen along with all my important documents, online banking access, and car. Following my arrest, I had filed my taxes which entitled me to an $8,[redacted] return. However, the individuals who stole from me changed all the login details, including my associated email. Upon my release on 3/2/23, I reached out to Credit Karma and Chime for assistance. Credit Karma responded five days ago stating they would contact me via email but have not done so yet. I've spent a total of about 6 hours on the phone with Chime, who advised me to email a copy of my ID and updated details to [redacted] Despite sending the email, I received two responses instructing me to call them, which I did, only for them to hang up on me. I feel lost and unsure where to seek help at this point.

I have an account with your company, and it's a free account. However, I don't know the password for the email address associated with it. I've tried to update it to my new email address, but it says I already have an account linked to it, and I can't recall the password for that account either. I'm attempting to access Credit Karma to view my scores, but I can't create a new account. I filed a dispute for a transaction on February 24th as the merchant requested a physical card for a refund. Despite using Apple Pay with my virtual card, the merchant assured they wouldn't contest the dispute and would cancel the transaction. However, the provisional credit expected on March 8th has not been received, causing significant distress. Numerous attempts to address the issue have been met with promises of escalation and email communication that never materializes. Despite the merchant's efforts to refund the transaction five days ago, the funds have not been returned. Communication with Credit Karma has been unproductive, prompting complaints to various regulatory bodies and consideration of legal recourse.

I am having trouble logging into my Credit Karma account. I tried to log in, but I am not receiving the text code because it is being sent to an old landline phone number that does not have texting capabilities. I need help changing the phone number associated with my account to my current cell phone number or receiving a temporary password to log in. I have been unable to get through via the customer service line or the help chat window on the website. It has been months since I last accessed my account.
