I registered for Clear on May 29, [redacted], and was supposed to have a one-month free trial. However, I was charged on June 12, even though I cancelled the service in June. I then cancelled the service a second time online on July 31, [redacted], and today over the phone. Why was I charged before the free trial period ended? I am concerned about the billing practice resembling Trump University's approach. As a retired individual, it is challenging for me to give away $[redacted] like this. I am hopeful that someone can assist me with this matter. - Yolanta Samek
