I have a complaint about an employee at Circle K on Kristen Way in The Villages, FL. Another customer made a comment to me, and I responded, which led to the employee refusing to serve me. I agreed, stating I wouldn't return. However, another employee then told me not to come back. I have been a loyal customer since before it was Circle K, spending thousands of dollars at this location. Now, I will not patronize Circle K again due to this experience. It would be beneficial for Circle K to be more selective in their hiring process, as this employee openly criticizes the company to customers and behaves unprofessionally. Thank you in advance for your prompt response. I have called customer service twice and am still waiting for a callback. I have been emailing and calling all day. Can I please speak to a representative?

The Circle K at O'Connor and I-35 in San Antonio, Texas, reportedly has a manager displaying racist, unprofessional, and rude behavior towards customers, including threatening to call the police on them without cause. This treatment is concerning, especially when unfounded. Addressing these issues promptly is crucial to maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers. The manager's conduct not only reflects poorly on the store but can also be harmful to the community. I filled up my gas tank at Circle K when there was a discount of 40 cents per gallon. When I asked the attendant if I could also use my 10-cent discount card to save an additional 10 cents, she mistakenly said no. However, I later found out that I should have been able to use both discounts. Despite the sign showing $3.04 per gallon, I ended up having to pay $3.14 due to the misunderstanding. As a senior on a fixed income, every cent saved matters to me. I am unhappy with this experience and do not plan to return to Circle K. It would be beneficial for the staff to be more customer-oriented and knowledgeable about discounts. Disappointedly, Geri S.

Circle K urgently needs to improve employee training and staffing to ensure customer satisfaction. My recent experience at the store located at the corner of S. Arlington and E. Exchange in Akron was disappointing. Upon arriving with my 4-year-old around 5:40 pm on 5/26/23, I found the doors locked and had to use the window. The employee's attitude was dismissive when asked for cigarettes and drinks. She rushed us inside, expressing impatience for her break. As another customer and I shopped, the employees murmured complaints which made me feel uncomfortable. When I tried to leave, the doors were unexpectedly locked, leading to a confrontation with the staff. This negative encounter made me feel unwelcome and I left without purchasing anything. Circle K should consider better communication with customers in such situations or make it clear if the store is not open.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with three cashiers at Circle K located at [redacted] Youree Drive in Shreveport, Louisiana. The names of these cashiers are Mariah, Miranda, and a new worker who recently started and wears glasses along with a variety of wigs. They have been withholding my change and stealing my money persistently. These employees have also used derogatory language towards me, including calling me names such as "retarded," "gay," and "sissy." Mariah even went as far as threatening my mother if I were to report their actions. Moreover, Mariah has made inappropriate sexual comments towards me, expressing desires to engage in explicit activities. This mistreatment has been ongoing in the absence of the manager, causing me distress. I am seeking for appropriate measures to be taken against these three female employees for their misconduct.

I want to bring to your attention an issue I experienced with an employee named Rhonda at the store on [redacted] E Warm Springs Rd, Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. I believe she intentionally disabled the credit card machine when my son and I entered the store. The machine only worked when I was there alone. After leaving and returning following a visit to a nearby store where it worked fine, the problem persisted at [redacted] E Warm Springs Rd, Las Vegas, NV [redacted]. I feel Rhonda's behavior is unacceptable and request that appropriate action be taken. Thank you.

I noticed a young employee closing the Circle K on McLintock and Guadalupe repeatedly, even putting up a sign saying they'd be back in half an hour, but they didn't return.On approaching the closed store and knocking, the employee rudely told me he was on break, despite it being over an hour and a half. After a brief argument, I contacted another Circle K nearby to report the incident. The employee quickly opened the store once they were informed. After this incident, he seemed reluctant to serve me due to getting reprimanded. Despite this, I continued to visit as it was the closest location. Unfortunately, he began to harass me and even involved his coworkers in mistreating me. To my surprise, today he escalated the situation by calling the police and banning me, all stemming from being caught closing the store early at 5 pm.

I had a negative experience at a Circle K office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Upon returning for training, an employee made copies of my ID, alcohol license, and social security card without requesting the same from others. She asked for my new password and refused to provide headphones, insisting I read the training material silently. Despite available computers with functioning headphones, she was rude and denied breaks. After multiple unsuccessful visits, I was unable to complete training as she demanded my social security card on a subsequent visit. I was unable to finish training and retrieve my personal information from this individual, including banking details. I am in urgent need of assistance to change or cancel the password associated with my account.

I visited a Circle K store in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on July 11th, [redacted], at 7:30 a.m., located at door number [redacted], to buy a $[redacted] vanilla reload pin. The total transaction amount was $[redacted].15, including a $4.15 service charge. Unfortunately, the transaction was canceled, and I was informed by the store representative that my bank declined it. However, when I contacted my bank, they confirmed that the transaction was approved on their end and the issue might be with Circle K. Currently, my $[redacted].15 is being held, and I am required to wait for seven business days until the transaction expires and the funds are released. This is a significant amount for me, and I believe Circle K should take responsibility since there seemed to be an issue with the transaction approval at the store despite there being known tap limits in place.

I am trying to contact the corporate office regarding a slip-and-fall incident at the Spencer, Indiana store on June 9th. I slipped on water in the restroom, injuring myself, and the employees did not have a wet floor sign out until after the incident. I provided my contact information and details of the accident to one of the employees but have not received any follow-up from the company. I believe the accident needs to be properly documented, and employees should be trained to handle such situations better in the future. I am disappointed by the lack of response and concern shown. Please ensure that the incident is reported and that measures are taken to prevent accidents like this from happening again. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I went to the store on West 10th Street in Indianapolis, Indiana around 4 p.m. I requested the attendant to deposit cash into my Chime bank account. He rudely stated that he does not provide that service. I tried to explain that this location does offer this service, but he responded aggressively, telling me to leave and using offensive language. This incident occurred in front of other customers, and I felt embarrassed. I am now considering seeking legal guidance due to the disrespect I experienced, especially since I have successfully utilized this service at other branches in the past.

I purchased $5.12 worth of gas at around 6:10 p.m. Although it was slightly less than a gallon, my car's fuel level remained at 15 miles. I requested the cashier to reset the pump due to the issue, but he mentioned he couldn't assist since it was below a gallon. Despite acknowledging the quantity, I explained I had left my wallet at home and could only afford $5 to ensure I could get home. Even with this amount, there should have been some increase. I have photos showing the mileage, time, and the pump's amount displayed.

Hello, I have two charges from Circle K on the way to Zaragoza, Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua. One is for $[redacted] and the other for $[redacted] MXN. I only have the $[redacted] physical receipt. The employee supposedly canceled the transaction, but it still appears on my bank statement. I went to the store and the cashier treated me rudely. She said they couldn't cancel anything, and it was my problem and my bank's issue, etc.

I previously worked there until earlier this year when they terminated me on false grounds of theft, which I didn't commit. I have evidence in the form of a text message from the manager stating that she didn't compensate me for my overtime hours since I began working there. This amounts to a significant number of hours. How can I initiate a process to address this issue, receive the payment owed, and potentially be reinstated at work? I possess screenshots of the manager confessing to withholding my wages.

I recently visited Circle K at [redacted] 16th Street North in St Petersburg, Florida (ZIP code [redacted]) and encountered technical issues with a transaction where I did not receive the gas I paid for. When I returned to take a picture of the sign on the door explaining the technical issues, an attendant yelled at me and claimed the store was closed. Despite explaining I was only taking a photo, the attendant removed the sign and threatened to call the police. The situation escalated with both of us exchanging heated words in front of other customers. I left the premises, but I am determined to address this behavior and ensure that this employee is held accountable. I will also continue pursuing the issue regarding the transaction.
