Firstly, I had points for a free brownie that I used on the Chick-fil-A app. Unfortunately, the app charged me $25 for a supposed free brownie, which was very disappointing. I also had issues with the customer service from Chick-fil-A. Their phone line used to be answered, but now it just goes to voicemail. Additionally, my order was wrong as I requested potatoes or fries, but received potato chips instead. I asked for all the sandwich toppings to remain, like tomato, lettuce, and extra pickles, but got the opposite - few pickles and none of the other toppings. The price of the kale crush item also shocked me. This level of dissatisfaction has made me reconsider my loyalty to Chick-fil-A. In the past, I have encountered issues like finding acrylic or blue substances in my tea, but this latest experience has been the most disappointing. Delivery seems to be a better option for me moving forward.

I'm looking to connect with a customer service representative for my senior project. My project aims to improve managers' ability to enhance their employees' customer service skills and address poor restaurant environments for customers. Chick-fil-A serves as my control group, and I aspire to guide other managers to emulate their approach. I plan to schedule interviews with various fast-food establishments in my area, speaking to the company manager and five employees. I usually don't complain, but my recent visit to Chick-fil-A left me disappointed. I've been a loyal customer for a while and love their food. On my last visit, I wasn't asked if I needed sauces, and even though I upgraded my meals to large mac and cheeses as usual (I love their mac and cheese), no one informed me that they were out of this item. Instead, I received all large fries in my bag. When I inquired about this, I was simply told they were out of mac and that the fries were given as a replacement. I wasn't offered a refund for the difference or the chance to come back the next day to correct the mistake. No mac and no sauces made me a very unsatisfied customer.

I waited in line for 15 minutes at Chick Fil A, choosing the left line where the speaker didn't seem to be working. After pulling up to the window, I found no adults working and had to inform a young lady that we hadn't been answered. Despite placing an order for breakfast, she then conversed with her teenage coworkers for several minutes before informing us that they weren't serving breakfast. Disappointed, we left and went to Dunkin Donuts, where we only spent a total of 4 minutes in line. While I will miss Chick Fil A, this experience will make me think twice about returning.

I usually go to the store located at Meyerlan Plaza ([redacted]) and the cashier's name is Cecilia. She is quite rude when I ask her questions, and I am submitting this complaint because it has happened several times. Her responses seem unwilling, as if I am asking for things for free. When I kindly asked her name, she arrogantly pointed at her shirt and made some rude gestures as if my question was inappropriate. My phone number is [redacted].

While at Chick-fil-A in Niles, IL, I requested ice for my iced tea as it was not cold, to which the staff member initially ignored me. I had to ask again for the ice, and then I noticed the staff watching me, making me feel uncomfortable as if asking for ice was wrong. I wasn't even complaining, just requesting ice. Subsequently, when I was given the ice, the staff member turned to the guests at the next table, offering refills without acknowledging me. This treatment left me feeling shocked and undeserving. It seems as though guests are discouraged from asking for anything, fearing mistreatment.

I recently enjoyed my meal at Chick-fil-A and had a fantastic idea. With the colder months approaching, I believe adding a hot option to the menu would be a great idea. Alongside the classic chicken noodle soup, introducing a white chicken chili would be a delicious and comforting choice.
