Dear Canon, I am reaching out regarding the focusing issue with the EOS 90D. Numerous users have reported difficulties with the camera's focusing capabilities, particularly with continuous focusing. I personally experienced a problem with the sensor misalignment, which was resolved at your repair center. Many individuals expected the 90D to surpass the 7D series, especially in terms of focusing accuracy. One improvement that would greatly benefit users, especially for activities like bird photography, is the inclusion of Manual selection: AF point expansion. Currently, the camera's zone AF function may not always focus on the desired subject, resulting in missed opportunities for capturing the entire subject in focus. By allowing for broader point selection, users could achieve sharper images without compromising on settings like ISO or shutter speed. Implementing this feature in a future update would enhance the 90D's performance and appeal to a wider audience. I tried to place an order but couldn't find "My Account" on the website. After proceeding to the order page and entering all the details, I didn't receive an order confirmation or number. I realized there was a mistake in my shipping address but couldn't find a way to contact the order department for assistance. After some frustrating attempts, I managed to edit my profile with the correct address and updated email information. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a confirmation email, and my credit card was already charged. The ordering process is unclear and lacking in support options for customers to get help. It would be beneficial to have a digital way to contact Canon for verification and corrections. I'm experiencing ongoing issues with my TR4520 multifunction printer. Despite troubleshooting with tech support and resolving intermittent software problems, the printer continues to malfunction. It alternates between displaying error messages such as "printer offline" when it's powered on, and not responding without any indication. Furthermore, the print queue often duplicates items, making it challenging to delete them all and causing the printer to become unresponsive. Paper jams occur randomly, requiring extra time and effort to clear them. This recurring problem is frustrating, as fixing it shouldn't be a lengthy process. I own a PIXMA MX882 Printer/Scanner/FAX that was purchased on 11/11/[redacted] with the serial number ACAT56189. Recently, after successfully connecting it wirelessly to a new PC and printing a few documents, I encountered an urgent error message instructing me to unplug the unit and seek service. Upon investigating further after realizing I no longer had service and support coverage, I received error code U052 stating "This type of printhead is incorrect. Install the correct printhead," even though I had not made any changes to the printhead. I mainly use this device for scanning and printing and do not need the FAX function. I am seeking assistance on how to resolve this issue and get my unit working again. Thank you, Ginger.

In March of this year, I purchased an LBP6030w printer from Amazon.com. The printer arrived in its original packaging and was easily installed. However, when I attempted to register it, the system indicated a mismatched serial number. The serial number on the printer is NGTA504285 [redacted]-127vvV US, made in Vietnam in January [redacted]. It seems that this product was not meant for sale in the US, making it ineligible for registration and support here. The printer was sent from CUSA - DC56, [redacted] Westmont Drive, San Pedro, CA to Amazon.com Inc, [redacted] East 19th Ave, Aurora, CO. I'm unsure about what's happening and would like guidance on how to proceed with warranty support and registration. The printer I received was from carton 13 of 26 in that shipment. I'm experiencing an issue with my PIXMA MP480 printer displaying a paper jam error even though there is no paper stuck. After contacting customer support with a simple query about resetting the printer, I was informed that my model is no longer supported and that I would need to pay for assistance. I am frustrated by this response as I believe my question could have been easily answered without cost. As a result, I have decided to no longer support Canon and will be purchasing a different brand of printer instead. It's disappointing to have to replace a printer that may have been easily fixable. I spoke with Alan, the technician, about a week ago regarding my Canon Pixma [redacted]. After his attempts to fix my current printer, he arranged for Canon to send a replacement unit. I promptly submitted the Proof of Purchase to Canon, and they confirmed receiving it. Now, I am eagerly awaiting the arrival of the replacement printer so I can resume printing photos. Can you please check if the replacement has been shipped? Thank you for your assistance.

I have spent most of today trying to reconnect my printer to my Wi-Fi network since getting a new router. Your FAQs contain incorrect information. I spent over $[redacted] on this printer but was blocked from tech support unless I paid an additional fee of $20. It is frustrating that your own website displays incorrect steps! Out of eight phone operators, seven were incredibly rude. I was transferred multiple times and put on hold for over 20 minutes. Despite the challenges, I eventually managed to resolve the issue by myself after hours. This experience has left me disappointed, and I will not consider purchasing another Canon product in the future.

I own a TS202 printer. After replacing the color ink cartridge, I closed the lid and the green power light began blinking continuously. I tried unplugging the machine for about 30 minutes. When I plugged it back in, everything seemed normal. I successfully printed the alignment test pages. However, when I tried to print a document, the printer stopped less than halfway through the first page. After ejecting the page, the green power light resumed blinking and I couldn't turn off the printer. Even pressing the power button for 30 seconds didn't resolve the issue.

I have been searching for new lenses for astrophotography within my budget. I am interested in the Sigma lenses, specifically the SIGMA 16MM F1.4 DC DN - C - CANON EF-M. I own a Canon EOS R, which I recently purchased, and I am a novice in photography. Despite researching online, I have not found a clear answer to my question. Can I use the Sigma lens for Canon EF-M on my Canon EOS R, considering I already have an EF and EF-S lens adapter? I am aware of the compatibility issue between EF-M lenses and DSLRs due to the mirror, but my camera is mirrorless. Although I sought an EF-M adapter, I only found options for attaching EF and EF-S lenses to a Canon EOS M. I appreciate any guidance from an expert or someone knowledgeable on this topic. I recently replaced my XL black ink tank, but the new one resulted in significantly lighter ink density when printing. Despite attempting troubleshooting steps like cleaning and alignment, the issue persisted. Without the receipt and the barcode from the packaging, Walmart wouldn't replace it. I then purchased another ink tank, but the problem persisted. As someone working heavily in graphics, the loss of ink density is unacceptable. I rely on consistent quality for my work, and this experience has left me quite disappointed. I hope you can address this quality issue promptly as I consider my options moving forward.

Hello, I own an Imageprograf Pro-[redacted] printer, but it is missing all the default ICC profiles. When attempting to print using Canon Print Studio Pro, I only have the "auto" profile available. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver, as well as uninstalling and reinstalling the printer itself, but the profiles are still missing. I am using MacOS 10.15.7. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as this issue is causing difficulties when printing on Canon paper. Thank you, Elizabeth

I have been struggling to reach a human for support with my PIXMA MG [redacted]. Despite creating an account as requested, I was redirected to a repair area for a driver download which led to more error messages. The lack of assistance from actual people is frustrating. Contacting the phone numbers provided only loops back to the unhelpful automated system. I simply want to speak with a live agent to address my tech issues.

I am in need of technical assistance for my newly purchased Pixma TR4255. I have been facing difficulties with registering the product as it does not appear in the drop-down menu. Despite three unsuccessful attempts to register it under PIXMA [redacted], I have not succeeded. When trying to register the serial number KNFG66500, the system does not accept it. Even using only [redacted] is not working. This registration issue is preventing me from accessing technical support for my printer. Consequently, I am unable to print emails directly and can only do so by saving them as PDFs first. I am frustrated with this situation and considering returning the Canon printer to buy a different brand unless the registration issue can be resolved promptly.

I am experiencing difficulties with my Canon PIXMA TR4520 printer connecting wirelessly to my HP Windows 10 PC since switching to Cox Internet. I was advised to upgrade to a wireless Cox modem, which initially helped establish the connection as confirmed by a technician. Unfortunately, the wireless connection to the printer stopped working shortly after. Cox was unable to resolve the issue and suggested contacting Canon for assistance. As a senior without immediate help available, I urgently need to print documents within this week and seek guidance to resolve this printing issue. I have a MacBook Pro running Big Sur 11.6.4, and I recently purchased a Pixma TR4720 wireless printer. I connected it via USB, and I can print and scan using it. After downloading the Canon setup, I installed the TR4700 drivers, but unfortunately, they are not compatible with my printer. I need to uninstall these incorrect drivers. In my /Applications folder, I do see a Canon folder, but it doesn't contain the required .plist files. I am in search of the correct .dmg file for my operating system to ensure my Pixma TR4720 printer works smoothly. Can someone please provide me with the accurate driver for Big Sur or Monterey? I recently purchased three pre-owned Cannon Mag 10 electric downriggers, but they seem to be missing the auto-retrieve function during my bench test. I have ensured that the ball was in the water and the boat was grounded using a bucket of water and a wire connected to the battery. Even though the downriggers move up and down while holding the button, the auto-retrieve feature does not engage. I checked the continuity of the cable to the drive axle and confirmed there is a connection between the cable and the motor axle. As a final attempt, I tried grounding directly to the axle, but still no luck with the auto-retrieve function.

I am using a desktop computer with MacOS 10.13.3 High Sierra. I followed the instructions to connect my printer to my computer running MacOS. First, I downloaded and ran the software to start the setup on my computer. Then, I moved the "Master Setup App" to the "Applications" folder. When I double-clicked the app in my application folder, nothing happened. The download included a "RES" folder, "MSETUP.plist", and an "Applications.plist". I am not sure if I should have moved all four items to my applications folder. How can I access and follow the instructions for setting up the printer?

I bought a printer at Best Buy on 1-20-[redacted]. A technician came to my home to repair it, but I was advised by customer service to return it to the store. I don't have a warranty plan, but Best Buy mentioned a one-year manufacturer's warranty for the printer. After contacting customer service again, they confirmed the factory warranty and instructed me to return the printer to Best Buy for free repairs. Despite conflicting information from Best Buy, I was told to inform them of the repair need. Best Buy mentioned they do not service factory warranties, but I am unsure of my next steps. There seems to be an unresolved issue needing the manufacturer's attention after only six months of light use. Can Canon assist with their product malfunctioning? Any guidance is appreciated.

I recently purchased a Canon printer from Walmart, but when I took it home, I discovered that the box contained a different, used, and unpleasant-smelling printer. I bought it around 12:22 pm and returned it at 4 pm the same day. Walmart refused to refund me, insisting the issue was not on their end.
