I followed all the rules and terms of the agreement diligently. The car was scheduled for pickup at 10:00 p.m. on August 18, [redacted], for €[redacted].55, however, I was charged nearly double - €[redacted].36 - without any explanation at the Cologne/Bonn Airport Office. Upon returning the car at 10:00 p.m. on August 25 and dropping the key in the AVIS box, there was no service provided. Subsequently, I received outrageous emails claiming damage to the car, an extra day charge for late return which was untrue as the car was returned on time, and a refueling surcharge despite refueling at the nearest gas station. To summarize, I was charged €[redacted] more than the booked amount, asked to pay €[redacted] for pre-existing damage, charged an extra €30 for a day I didn't use, and received extremely poor service. Research revealed the office has a 1.9-star rating and many dissatisfied customers. I expect prompt action from the management, a full refund, and significant compensation for the inconvenience caused. Please confirm the reimbursement promptly. Thank you.

I have been repeatedly contacted regarding a car rental in Santa Fe, NM under the name Sara Zimmerman. I am not familiar with this individual. The first notification was a text to confirm the reservation, which I disregarded as a mistake. Subsequently, I received a call from the Santa Fe office stating Sara Zimmerman was late to pick up the car. I clarified the situation with the office, reiterating that I am not the intended person. Despite this, I received another call from Rachel at the Santa Fe office about extending Sara Zimmerman's rental. I expressed my concern about the false contact information provided by Sara Zimmerman and inquired about possible actions being taken. Rachel promptly ended the call. I am now informed that the car rental is three days overdue. I have attempted to reach Budget Customer Service, to no avail. I intend to contact Customer Service on Monday for assistance. This experience has raised suspicions about the handling of the situation at the Santa Fe Budget location, and I am seeking reassurance from Budget regarding steps taken to address this issue.

I rented a black sedan from the Grand Rapids airport through your company about a week ago, from Thursday the 30th to the 2nd of April. The reservation was under Jenna V. with the birthday 9/27/89, and the phone number on file is [redacted]. The car was parked in spot E7. I haven't received my deposit back, which I was expecting after returning the car. The vehicle was in good condition with a full tank of fuel and minimal mileage. I reserved and paid for a vehicle online, but upon reaching the pickup location, they mentioned an issue with my credit check that required contacting Equifax due to an address discrepancy. Despite trying multiple times to resolve the problem, the staff couldn't find a solution and suggested I seek a refund or rent from another location. After speaking with a manager to no avail, I had to leave and rent a vehicle elsewhere without any issues, using the same ID and payment method as before. When I called for a refund the next day, the automated system assured me of the refund. I believe I should receive a full refund, given the circumstances.

I rented a vehicle online and pre-paid. Upon arrival at the Budget location in St. Louis Missouri Lambert airport, I was delayed due to a credit check issue with Equifax. Despite trying to resolve the address discrepancy, the credit check remained unresolved. The staff attempted multiple times to process the credit check with no success. They suggested I seek a refund as they were unable to offer alternative solutions. After contacting customer service, I was assured a refund. I seek assistance in obtaining the full refund owed to me.

On July 19, [redacted], I made a car rental reservation for my nephew, Alex G., through Budget. Despite Alex G. paying with his euro debit card, Budget is not canceling the reservation under my name, Frances G. I am frustrated about this situation. Budget even charged me $[redacted].93 for a service I did not use, which is unacceptable. I would appreciate guidance on who I should contact or where I should go to resolve this issue promptly.

Hello! I wanted to share our experience renting a car from Budget in Washington DC on July 19, [redacted]. Despite signing paperwork agreeing the car would be filled with gas, it was almost empty, requiring us to spend $51.49 to fill the tank before our trip. After failing to reach Budget via phone, we decided to address the issue upon returning the car fully tanked at Dulles airport on July 26, [redacted]. Unfortunately, the staff member acknowledged the issue but couldn't offer a refund. We hope to resolve this matter and receive a refund for the extra fuel cost. Upon speaking with staff at the Montreal airport, it came to light that certain charges were inaccurately listed.
