Hello, I previously sent a request without receiving a response. I'm not sure if it contained enough information for you to assist me. I created this account to submit a ticket that can be tracked. My account NARUTOKUNO was hacked, and I am unsure how it happened as I am cautious of phishing attempts. I have been focused on Shadowland since Friday night, visiting only familiar websites like Mamytwink. Currently, my account appears to be deleted, and the hacker changed the email, making recovery impossible. They also added an authenticator, further hindering my chances. All my in-game currency, raid components, and two characters have been stolen or transferred to another server without my consent. My last gaming session ended around 1:30 am on Wednesday night (French time), and any other logins, except one at 8:30 am this morning (when I noticed the theft), were not made by me. I am incredibly frustrated and seeking assistance. Please help me.

Hello, I hope you are all doing well. I wanted to bring to your attention that I have experienced some issues with my Blizzard account lately. Specifically, it suddenly logged me out, and now whenever I try to log back in, it gives me an incorrect password error, even though I am certain about the password I am entering. The frustrating part is that every attempt to log in requires the authenticator, but unfortunately, the same issue seems to have affected my authenticator. So, at the moment, I am unable to access my account or the authenticator. I also tried to reset my password, but I am unsure how to do that while my account is logged out. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide. Thank you so much.

I recently had to replace my phone and phone number, and unfortunately, I no longer have access to my authenticator. Despite changing my password, I am now locked out of my account. Blizzard's lack of proper customer support has left me frustrated because I am unable to find a way to contact them directly for assistance. All the threads I have read on their website assume users can easily access their old phones to resolve the issue, which is not the case for me. I urgently need to regain access to my account.

I am struggling to update my date of birth on my Blizzard account. It has been frustrating trying to locate the option to change this information. Upon creating my Blizzard account, I mistakenly entered the incorrect date of birth. This recurring issue adds to my previous challenges with Blizzard. I kindly request to modify my date of birth to February 3, [redacted], on my account with Activation ID hpsi#[redacted]. I can provide answers to security questions or any additional verification required. Your prompt assistance is greatly appreciated.

I am struggling to update my date of birth on my Blizzard account. It has been a frustrating process taking me 40 minutes without any success. Upon creating my Blizzard account, I mistakenly entered the incorrect date of birth, causing repeated issues with my account. I kindly request an adjustment to my date of birth to February 3rd, [redacted]. My activation ID is hpsi#[redacted]. I am prepared to answer any security questions or provide additional verification if necessary. It would be greatly appreciated if Blizzard could introduce a feature allowing users to modify their date of birth information. Thank you.

As a loyal World of Warcraft player since [redacted], I am disappointed with the recent expansions. The gameplay has become repetitive, character classes feel too balanced, and the leveling system has been simplified with boosts affecting the value of legacy players. I miss the pride of leveling up slowly and customizing my character's skills. The changes to the economy and gameplay have made me lose interest in the game I once loved. Despite my nostalgia for the game, I may not return for future expansions unless significant improvements are made. I appreciate the dedication of the Blizzard team but feel the need to express my concerns. I hope for better experiences in the future. I am requesting a refund for Shadowlands. Thank you.

This is my third attempt to address an issue since the November update. I am unable to delete or create decks, use classes for which I don't have decks, complete quests, or utilize purchased cards. I am requesting a resolution or a full refund. If the problem stems from the requirement change from 18 to 10 decks, I should be able to reduce my decks to meet the new criteria, yet the game does not allow this. I will refrain from further spending on the game until this matter is rectified to ensure I can utilize my acquired cards. My goal is not to receive free items; I simply desire a functional resolution.

I'm having trouble connecting to Battle.Net for my Diablo 2 game. An error message pops up saying, "Can't connect to Battle.Net, please try again in a few moments." I've attempted to seek support, but it's been challenging. The customer service process lacks a straightforward way to contact you. Unfortunately, there is no provided phone number or email for assistance. To reach out, I have to navigate through a separate website, which adds to the frustration.

Hello, I believe I have had an account with you since [redacted]. I played WoW for a few years, then Diablo. I took a break about a year and a half or two years ago. Today, I tried to log in with my email [redacted], but I couldn't access it because it's been inactive for a while. I remember my account password, but it's outdated. My first character was a warrior named Aegina, and my second character was a Shaman healer named Tough. I'm concerned my account may have been hacked, but I would like to recover it and update my email address.

Good evening, As I see that my ticket has been ignored, I am writing to you again. I am currently questing in Nazmir and have a storyline progress of 6/8, but I cannot find the next quest or NPC to continue. Please guide me to the next quest giver so I can finish the story. I hope to receive a prompt response. (Character name: Lasu, Server: Blackrock) Kind regards, Lasu

I hope this message reaches you well. As a player of this game for 15 years, I have never broken any rules before. This is my first offense, and I was unaware that it went against the rules. I have learned my lesson and sincerely apologize for my actions. I kindly request that my account be reinstated before Wednesday, as I have a guild raid scheduled for that day. I recently returned to the game after a 2-month break specifically for this event. Please consider this suspension as a first-time warning, and I assure you that I will not repeat this mistake. Thank you, and best regards.

I haven't accessed my account in years, and the email linked to it is no longer in use. I'm trying to recover my old World of Warcraft account that had all expansions, except Shadowlands. The previous email was [redacted] I'm looking to return to the game after a long break. My name has changed from Davis to Dubrey due to marriage. I understand this might be a challenge, but I'm optimistic about retrieving my account. Thank you. - Candice D.

My account was unexpectedly suspended without any notification emails, even after checking my junk email folder for any messages regarding a possible violation of the Code of Conduct. During the holiday season, I traveled from the U.S to Korea and have been adhering to quarantine regulations by moving around. I always maintain a respectful demeanor in the game and do not engage in any inappropriate behavior. I prefer to keep to myself, so I am confused by this suspension. Account: [redacted] I suspect this may be related to a misunderstanding about "Account Sharing," which is outlined in the Code of Conduct. However, I would appreciate a clearer explanation as to why my account was suspended since I am completely unaware of any wrongdoing on my part.

Dear Blizzard Team, I have been unable to access my account recently as I misplaced the phone number associated with it. Consequently, I lost access to my email address. Just now, I discovered I might be facing a ban. I am unsure if this is a mistake or if there is a legitimate reason. I urgently need to regain access to my account to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare and the new Call of Duty Cold War. If I am banned, I request a prompt resolution. If necessary, I will repurchase the games on a different platform. Your immediate attention to this matter is appreciated. Sincerely, [redacted]

Hello. I recently reported that my account was locked, and I received a response from Blizzard stating that I was suspended for account sharing and level boosting. I want to clarify that as a Chinese player, I occasionally use a VPN to communicate with my family. It's possible that I forgot to turn off the VPN while playing WoW. Additionally, I dedicated 24 hours to leveling up my character to enjoy the new raid with my friends. I want to emphasize that I never shared my account or sought out someone to boost my character for me. I understand the reasons for the ban, but I sincerely hope for your trust. I have already changed my password and removed the VPN software to prevent this from happening again. I am reaching out for assistance in the hopes of having my account unbanned. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing my account due to changing my phone number and being locked out by the Authenticator. I've provided in-game photos and my boyfriend’s BattleTag (CatDog24#[redacted]) for verification. I’m attaching proof images such as gameplay screenshots from Overwatch and World of Warcraft, along with emails and old account details. I can provide security question answers, past passwords, and even bank statements showing my purchases, the latest being a WoW token. Despite submitting my ID and other proof images, there has been no response in 24 hours. I prefer not to start over since I’ve made significant purchases in the game. My first name on the ID differs from my Blizzard account due to an ongoing name change, but my last name is the same. Additional proof like bank statements matching my game purchases can be provided if necessary. Thank you.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my Blizzard.net account. I am unable to access the games "Call of Duty BlackOps 4" and "Call of Duty Modern Warfare," which were purchased in [redacted] and [redacted]. The problem with Black Ops 4 began months ago, but I disregarded it. However, now that it has affected Modern Warfare as well, I am concerned. Additionally, the transaction list in my account does not display any purchases, even though I bought Modern Warfare using Blizzard balance. I am looking forward to resolving this matter. Thank you.

While playing Rust, the Battle.net Launcher unexpectedly appeared, prompting me to sign in again. Concerned, I attempted to log in and discovered that my account was not associated with my email. After several failed login attempts, I managed to sign in through Facebook, but my original email address has been changed to [redacted], and I am unable to update it due to a "Server error [redacted]" message. I am worried about losing access to my account, which contains important games like Destiny, Overwatch, and COD Black Ops Cold War. I am also unable to set up the Mobile Authenticator. I need assistance with changing my email address to regain control of my account.

After switching phones and getting a new number, I now can't access my World of Warcraft account. Since I didn't move my authenticator, I can't receive SMS messages or codes. I have my authenticator SN and restore code, but can't apply them to a new authenticator without access to my account. Needing to change my phone number to regain account access seems impossible. I understand if you can't assist, as I wasn't planning to play WoW again. I remember a time when I could call Blizzard for help, but it seems customer service has changed.

Good evening. It's frustrating that your game has so many bugs and errors. My hardcore character died because I was trying to run a level 75 portal with a support Barbarian on the USA server. I tried to log out to exit the portal but couldn't before my hero died. You introduced a season with shrines but none at level 10. Now my hardcore character is dead. Please bring back my hero and work on the shrines again. My email is [redacted], and I play on an America server. Best regards.
