Hi,
I'm currently facing a significant issue that requires a solution. I've been a customer of Bell for 30 years and my Sympatico email is crucial to me. I cancelled my services two months ago but forgot to release my email address. When I contacted Bell after four weeks, I was informed that they no longer release Sympatico emails. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated as all my work and important emails are tied to my Sympatico account. I'm seeking assistance and willing to pay if necessary. I am shocked by Bell's response after being a loyal customer for so many years.
