I recently discovered that my old Animal Jam account, "firestarhappy," is still charging me even though I haven't used it in over 5 years. I can't recall the password or the linked email address, which is causing difficulty in addressing this issue. Hello! I've been playing Animal Jam for nearly 8 years now, but I've had the same account for almost 6 years. Recently, my account was hacked as the password was changed, which I never did in the 6 years I've had it. Since I was young when I created the account, I no longer remember the parent email linked to it. I used to be a member, but currently, I'm a non-member. Is there a way for me to provide my new email for you to update it this way?

I purchased two gift cards to acquire diamonds - one for 10 diamonds and another for 25 diamonds - totaling around $12. When I tried to redeem them, I successfully added the 10 diamond card, but when I attempted to use the 25 diamond card, it did not work. After multiple attempts, I discovered that both cards had the same code, leaving me unable to claim the 25 diamonds. I am seeking a refund or the addition of the 25 diamonds to my account.

I haven't played for a while, and now I'm unable to access my account "thunderbird6213" on Animal Jam. Despite searching for the account in my buddy list, when I try to log in, it declares my password doesn't match the username. The "Forgot Password" feature doesn't recognize my parent email either. A friend suggested the account may have been affected by the hacking incident in November. Hello Animal Jam, I've tried emailing you multiple times about an issue from back in October, but haven't received a reply. My account got hacked on October 27 around 6 o'clock. I provided more details about the stolen items, like my black long spike collar, nerd glasses, jammailday bow collection, top hats, jamailday socks, and spike wrist. I understand it was my fault for getting hacked, and I've learned from it. Please believe me, I was tricked into clicking a link in a French video and unknowingly gave away my login information. I was planning to transfer my items to another account but forgot. I've been a dedicated player for 4 years and losing these items is devastating. My username is SnowyOwl2016. I recently experienced my fourth hack today. Unfortunately, this time, I lost 2 black longs and 1 orange long to a jammer. I have evidence in the form of photos where the jammer admitted to hacking my accounts (IcyfrostAJ and my backup account AIS173). The jammer even confessed during my live stream "giveaway." When I logged into Animal Jam the next day, I discovered that my den betas, spikes, wood floor, tan floor, and blue headfeather were missing. This has happened multiple times, and each time it's been heartbreaking. I've attempted to reach out to AJHQ, but their phone number seems to be out of service. Please assist me in retrieving my items as I've put in a lot of effort to collect them, and it's devastating to have them taken away by a hacker. Your help in recovering my items would mean a lot to me.

I purchased a recurring membership for my daughter in May [redacted] for her birthday. Unfortunately, in June she lost her phone, which was her only device for playing. I recently checked my bank statements and noticed that I've been charged $7.49 monthly since then. Due to the financial strain of COVID, I really need to address this. I have two main concerns. While playing, I encountered technical difficulties during a Tiki Trouble game, suspecting a hacker but unable to report due to auto-closure. Upon returning to the game, I was abruptly banned without prior notice, affecting both my main and parent accounts. I had amassed a considerable amount of virtual currency and rare items. I seek a ban appeal but struggle to convey my situation, facing unjust accusations.

I have two children with AJ accounts. One of them, with the username shanetc, displayed violent behavior resulting in a suspension, which I understand. However, my other child's account, AJ Classic under the username wolf24702, was also unexpectedly shut down. She has been using this account for over a decade without any issues. I encountered a problem while trying to open a support ticket. The representative assigned to me did not fully comprehend the issues I am facing. I used to play Animal Jam regularly about five years ago, especially on an account I believed had been deleted. Surprisingly, when I searched in-game, I discovered the account still exists. It used to have a membership that was renewed yearly, but that is no longer the case. Despite my efforts, I could not remember the correct password to access the account. The parent email associated with the account belongs to my mother, but it is inactive now, making it impossible to use the "forgot password?" feature for a reset. During my interaction with the previous representative, Mika, they requested a significant amount of information, which I provided. I made it clear that the details of my current account (Mewers21) do not match those of the old account (lovebug421). However, Mika seemed uninterested and informed me that they could not assist since the accounts were different. I have since changed my billing address due to relocation and the payment method is now different since my father used to handle my memberships. It would mean a lot to me to regain access to my childhood account. Despite the differing information between the two accounts, I am willing to provide as many details as possible to recover access. The message "log in expired" appeared, hinting that someone might have accessed my account from a different device, though I had not. Upon logging in, I was distraught to find that my valuable items had been hacked. Here is a list of the items that were taken: Purple Dual Samurai Swords, Black and White Rare Furry Arm Cuffs, Purple Rare Furry Arm Cuffs, Blackout Spiked Collar, Rare Forest Gauntlets (the teal ones), Green Exotic DNA Vial, Red Exotic DNA Vial, and the Rare Archer Hat (dark green with a white feather). Verizon has transferred emails of many users to AOL, and my Animal Jam/Classic accounts from [redacted] are tied to a Verizon email now controlled by AOL. Animal Jam is not allowing me to update my email to my current Gmail account, and there's no communication from AOL. I want to consolidate all my accounts on my Gmail, but AOL is uncooperative. Animal Jam claims I can't prove ownership, so they blocked access to my and my children's accounts, including important data. I exclusively use Gmail now due to privacy concerns with AOL. The lack of assistance is causing frustration.
